A Conversation with Ana Floyd, PCC and Dr. Carol.

In this episode, I had an insightful conversation with Dr. Carol McCall and Ana Floyd, a mother-and-daughter team that happens to be pioneers in the coaching industry. 

 Dr. Carol is a respected Social Psychologist and Executive Coach. She is the author of two books, "Listen! There’s A World Waiting To Be Heard" and "I Know You Hear Me, Are You Listening?" Based in San Diego, CA, Dr. Carol is a trailblazer in the coaching industry and the first African-American woman to have achieved the ICF's Master certified coaching credential with expertise in listening dynamics, communication skills, coach training, life development, and performance training. She has been a contributing panelist to the International Listening Association conference, a University lecturer, and a provider of leadership training and communication solutions for industry-leading organizations, including AT&T, Bayer Corporation, and GE Capital. Her listening skills and coaching approach have supported CEOs, celebrities, and leaders from academia, government, the clergy, and medical and healing professions.

Ana is a native Californian, born in San Francisco, and a University of California Alumni. Ana now calls San Diego her home. She is a Life Development Coach in Communication, a Certified Communication Trainer, and an experienced facilitator with over two decades of experience. Ana is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach and serves as Board Secretary-Treasurer for ICF-San Diego Chapter. Ana is an Executive Career Coach for UC-Davis and a Verizon small business micro mentor. She is skilled in coaching clients to explore solutions and opportunities using an effective and collaborative communication approach.
