A Conversation with Madeleine Blanchard, MCC
We’re kicking off Season 3 of Coffee and Conversations with an inspiring and deeply personal conversation with Madeleine Blanchard, MCC—a master-certified coach and transformational leader. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Blanchard and a co-founder of Blanchard Coaching Services. In 2000, she co-created the world’s first Coaching Management System, designed to assist in scaling large coaching implementations within organizations.
A pioneer in the coaching profession since 1989, she was a Senior Trainer and founding advisory board member of Coach University and a founding board member of The International Coaching Federation, where she served for six years.
Madeleine is a co-author of Blanchard’s Management Essentials and Coaching Essentials programs and frequently speaks on coaching and neuroscience. Most recently, she created the Blanchard Leadership Coach Certification Program, designed for experienced coaches seeking to enhance their effectiveness and impact with leaders.
