Ezekiel 33
God called Ezekiel to be a watchman—to see the danger, sound the warning, and faithfully speak the truth.
The watchman wasn’t responsible for how people responded. He was responsible for making sure they heard the warning.
That still speaks to us today.
We live in a world where it can be easier to stay quiet than to speak biblical truth. But love doesn’t remain silent when someone is heading toward destruction.
And don’t miss the heart of God in Ezekiel 33:
God’s desire is not destruction. His invitation is, “Turn and live.”
That is the heart of the gospel. There is judgment to flee, but there is also a Savior to run toward.
You don’t have to control anyone’s response.
You don’t have to have every answer.
You simply need to faithfully speak the truth God has entrusted to you.
