I used to be so indecisive. It took me forever to make a decision.
I questioned everything until this started happening.

One of the things I know that it's helped me grow as a business owner is truly learning to be very decisive. I feel like so many times in my life, I was very indecisive. I've talked about this before. But when I, it's, it took me six months to join my first mastermind, right? It took me six months, because I was petrified. I didn't even know what the payment was. But I was, I was scared of it. And then, also the commitment, I was very worried about the future. And what do they call it future casting? Like, where am I going to be a year from now? How am I going to even know I'm still in business like very, very lack energy in both of those. And I think understanding more about abundance, and getting myself out of life, don't get me wrong, I still experience it. And I still go through scarcity moments, I still have to work my way out of them. But just being able to flip that switch, and understand that being decisive, has helped me make so many really quick decisions. And it's not always super fast. But I think the speed and the timing is definitely one of the things. But also being decisive enough to know that this is the decision I'm making. This is how it's going to go down. And this is my commitment. And this is me being my word. So for example, when I when I went from $1,000, a month mastermind to a $3,333 month mastermind, it was very like, are you going to make the spin? Because it was a 90 day commitment? Are you mean that's like 10? Grand? Right? And so are you in this to be in this? Or are you just saying yes, because you're gonna have FOMO if you don't like, you know, quickly asking all these questions, and then making the decision really fast and then being okay with the decision, and also being okay, if the decision, you realize, maybe I shouldn't have done that. But still following through and still being connected. I hired a coach, a six month contract, and I really got what I needed in three months. But I still, I still was my word. I still was my commitment. I still showed up to the calls except the last month and I was just like, I feel like we're good. Like and I paid my I paid what I what I needed to pay. And I walked away. And I think that was huge to just knowing that, you know, there was nothing wrong with that. It's just I needed this person in my life, but I didn't need them for six whole months, right. And even though I still showed up, I was still my word. I still paid my bill. I sold it all the things. And I think that's to like a lot of times as business owners sometimes we get really wrapped up in saying yes to everything. Oh, if I invest the money, this means this. And then we start correlating if I invest in myself, this is going to make me more money. If I invest in myself, it's gonna make more money. Potentially true. Yes. Do I always make up what I what I put out? Absolutely. But here's what I go in for, for I go in with just like anything else, just like building a relationship online. I don't build a relationship saying, oh my god, this is gonna like make me sell they're gonna buy off me one day. Nope, that's not the energy I put out. It's no expectation and return. It's just a friendship, right? It's just a relationship. It's just get to know each other more. I know what you do. All that good stuff, maybe collaborate, you know, who knows? And, and the same thing is true when I hire a mentor. I know I'm gonna get guidance. I know I'm experienced extreme growth. And my track record says I'm going to make the money back. But I don't focus on the money. The paying the money is the growth right. paying the money is the uncomfortableness paying the money is the stretch paying the money is for proximity because I want to be kind of closer proximity to that person. So that I can learn from them so I can grow so I can be like activated by them. And so when you make decisions, obviously not every decision is easy, and the more we grow, the easier decisions get I feel like the more certainty right the more certain we are about ourselves, the more certain we are about what we do, the more certain we are about what we bring to the table, the more certain we are. When it comes to saying yes to a high ticket. Coach when it comes to saying yes to a high ticket, mastermind or inner circle when it comes to saying yes to it. Even a new goal, right has nothing to do with money. So I want you to think about being decisive. How decisive Are you? How? I know some people hate this word, but are you wishy washy? Are you not like you're trying to decide, but you're not all in? And then even after you say, yes, you're like, Ooh, I don't know about this, like, no. All in all out what? Somebody says it's either a hell yes or hell no. That's the way you gotta feel about everything, even if it's scary. Fear and uncomfortableness are not the reasons to back out or say, yeah, no, I'm not. I'm not all in. You get to make better decisions. You get to make better decisions, you get to make quicker decisions, you get to be more decisive. It does not come naturally, for most people, okay, for sure. And another reason we struggle with being decisive is we all have that perfectionism in us, right? We want it to be perfect. We want everything to be perfect. And so therefore, we struggle with it. But I want you to know, that's something you can all work on. I am a recovering perfectionist. I am a recovering very indecisive person. And so knowing me and knowing what I can do, and knowing what I bring to the table, knowing the certainty of how I'm always going to show up knowing the certainty of how consistent I am, knowing all of those things, helps me to be better, helps me to be more decisive, helps me to be my word, helps me to follow through and helps me to put in whatever the decision as I say yes to it helps me to put in the inspired action, do the work, do the thing, and be consistent with it all the way through, and most importantly, being my word
