So one of the things that I see lacking for most entrepreneurs, which makes me so sad and breaks my heart, is that now that I say that there's actually two things, I was only going to talk about one thing, but there's actually two things. And I think I need to bring both of them up. So the first thing that I was originally going to say before this thought popped into my head, was execution, right? We join programs we learn, but we rarely implement or execute on what we learn. And first of all, learning is amazing. Learning is a fantastic thing. But if we never put the learning into action, we didn't finish the cycle. Right? We literally took and we took the information in, or we watched the videos, or maybe we did the homework, right. But we never put it into practice. A lot of times, what I see is that we don't keep the momentum going. After the conference, after the training after the weekly call, right? We were in the momentum in the moment, but as soon as the call is over, the Zoom closes, the container is over, the conference goodbyes are said, the momentum dips. There's all these notes. But there's rarely time or time being made for the execution. And the second thing I was gonna say was the other thing that is lacking for most entrepreneurs is the inner work and the emotional intelligence, which could have a lot to do with the execution and the implementation. But that's not the what I want to talk about today. What happens typically, again, we can say time, we can say all of these things. But it's the same example as I can talk about working out, I can talk about eating healthy, I can talk about meal prepping, I can talk about all these things. But until I actually put them into place, I'm not getting healthier, I'm not getting more energy. I'm not feeling better. I'm still feeling tired, right? I'm not feeling all the things because I'm not actually implementing. I'm just learning and thinking about putting a plan in place, but I'm never making the time to actually do it. Yes, thank you for the dog toy squeaking beside me. This is real life friends. But here's the thing. We get to make time, if working out is not on my calendar, it's not happening. If working on my business isn't on my calendar, it's not happening. If calls with clients aren't on my calendar. Again, it's not happening. So we are willing to show up for other people and be there in the moment. But we're not willing to implement and do the work by ourselves. Yes, I have four accelerators, workshops, whatever you want to call them, every single year for my inner circle. Because it is a time to walk away and work and do this deep dive on your business, right? And we need that time too. But how are we going to find the time day in and day out? Once a week, whatever that looks like to actually implement what we learn. I don't want to say the knowledge is useless because I don't believe any knowledge is useless. But we're never going to see the effect the return on investment in it. If we never actually put it into play. A football team can watch film all day long. But if they don't ever go actually try to execute it and and be in that synchronized effort. Again, it's not going to work right? The same thing goes with our business. So I want you to think about this, as you have have an art investing in these things. Are you also setting the time aside to actually implement the things? I used to assume that being in a container and being in the proximity is all I needed. And while that is better than nothing, the implementation and execution part is huge. So I want you to think deep down inside what is holding you back from that execution and from that implementation, is it time is it that you're not Making the time? Is it that you don't know how to make the time? Is it that other things are just technically more important? It's kinda like when we get on social media. Are we intentional? About our time on there? Are we setting a timer? Do we know why we're on there? are we engaging with our followers? are we engaging with new people? Are we answering questions? Or are we Mindlessly scrolling? You know, how you learn best? You know how you implement best? So I want you to think, deep down? How can I start implementing? How can I start putting more things into place? How can I make all of this work for me? And again, just because we implement something we execute something one time doesn't mean it's actually going to work, right? Typically, things take time, especially if we're talking about social media, or marketing or anything like that, or changing up our content, we can't change one piece and be like that in work, like this is a 90 day effort, right? So where can we improve on this? Where can we take 10 minutes? A week? If that's all we have at first? And then how can we turn that 10 into 20? I can say get up earlier, I can say stay up later, I can say all of these things. But that's what everybody else tells you to do to consistent, inspired actions. Whether that's the implementation, the execution, or whatever it is, when it comes to growing your business, all of those things take time. And all those things do take consistency. But consistency can look different to each of us. Once a week could be consistent for somebody, some people I was on a trauma informed call like one of her clients didn't like as she just never went longer than three days without posting. So what consistency looks like and feels like to you is going to be different than me. And I never want you to compare yourself to me. But no matter what our consistency is, I will say this, no matter what our consistency is we can always improve if we're only posting once a week, can we do two? If we're only emailing our list once a month? Can we do two times a month? Like how can we improve that? And that goes with the execution and obviously the implementation too. So I'd love your feedback on this. I'd love to support you with this. So make sure you message me at it's Crissy Conner on Instagram. And let's chat further to see how we can make the implementation part work for you as well. I don't want you to serve just to learn, I want you to implement I want you to execute and I want you to feel and see what it feels like to see the results from the things that you executed and things that you implemented in your business after you did all that amazing learning
