It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. I obviously just got back from vacation. And it's funny, because although I was super excited to spend time with my daughter I love structure. I love my business. I love supporting people. I love being consistent on social media. And so that is my life, right. And so most people don't like Mondays, I look forward to Mondays, because my weekends are just like willy nilly do whatever. And then Monday and Fridays are my CEO days and they're very structured. So to me, vacation is totally an opportunity to rest and relax, right? It is to step away. And it's also very uncomfortable for me to not be on social media as much not get up at the crack of dawn. And, you know, most days I wasn't up at 430 because we were staying up so much later. Right. And so having the uncomfortable opportunity that literally could have been my uncomfortableness every, every day last week. And not just being on and I'm doing air quotes is very uncomfortable for me because it's just not my normal. Did I enjoy myself? 1,000% Yes, of course I did. I was with my daughter, we had so much fun, my feet probably are going to enjoy not being walked on so much right like 15 to 25,000 steps every single day. Not fun, that he walking around in the heat. Not fun. But with that being said, it was an amazing time together. But I don't need a vacation. Does that make sense? I enjoy the vacation, and I had fun. And it there was a purpose to it. I was also going to teach for the wealthy queen. But it was not a need. It was something I wanted to do. And I did it. And I think that's just the way I've created my life. Crissy before, was very, I was a hard ass on myself, right? I was cracking the whip, you know, working 12 hour days. And now I'm looking at my schedule this week. And it's like, very zen. Like, I know, every single day, if I want to go out and take my lunch by the pool, I can do that. If I need a nap, I can take a nap. Right? I'm gonna get up at 430 Well, my goal was to get up at 430 Every day, this week, we're gonna see how this goes. But after being on vacation, you kind of get out of whack on that. But creating a life that you don't need a vacation from is huge. Like to have that time freedom in your daily life. Right. Like, that's why we that's why we all created businesses. That's why we're doing what we do. Also, we love it. Also, we're passionate about it. But I love that there are days that if I do you want to pull a 12 hour day, I can do that, right? If I have a deadline or I have something I really want to do, and I want to push myself, I can do that. But also, if I want to have a two hour day, I can have a two hour day. And I think that's the one thing I've experienced this summer is being on less creating less content, actually being on video a lot less of I see that turning in August. Happy August 1, but I want you to remember that this is the life that you wanted to create. You wanted to become a business owner because either you didn't want to go to your nine to five, you wanted to have time freedom, you want to have money, freedom, something to that effect, right. You want to spend more time with family. You didn't want to be you know, micromanage and you wanted to have that opportunity To, to work for yourself or build something meaningful to you. And you get the opportunity to do that. You don't have to, you get that. It's just how are you going to design it? The more intention we have with everything we do in our life, the less time it takes. So how can we be more intentional in our businesses, and every single thing that we do, so that it's not a 12 hour day? It can be a 246 hour day if we want it to be. What is the book The Four Hour Workweek? Maybe that's your goal, right? Whatever it is, you can make it possible. If you are intentional Enough, stop saying how stop saying, but stop making excuses and figure it out. You, my friend, are a smart, capable, powerful, resourceful woman.
