It's what taking on less 1:1 clients has allowed me to do, it's opened up time for monthly programs to be created, spending 90 minutes a week with my inner circle and time for my other programs, it's opened up time to be more creative and create better content. It's given me the time and money freedom I have desired.

And a friend of my daughter's contacted me to ask if she could go to a concert. And it's out of state. It's like a dream concert. And I knew she was going to like freak out. While we have other commitments that we can't miss. So I was trying to find another date that we could go somewhere in the US and see. It's Harry Styles, I'll just tell you who it is and see him. And it was just me and her. And we were trying to make it all work because I have an Orlando trip, I have a Vegas trip, I have all these things planned for work. And so we're like trying to figure out like what cities he's in when I'm available. So anyhow, my husband was like, she's gonna have way more fun with her friend than she is you and I was like, I know that. And so he said, Just fly to New York, like her commitments early just flight and you know, fly and meet them there. And I was like, Okay, why don't really want to go to the concert, I have a friend in New York and or close to New York so I can hang out with her. And so it's crazy how everything just started coming together. And working out. However, even the old past business owner may would not have done this. Because I felt like I had to be at my computer at all hours. I had to be on at all hours, I had to work 12 hour days, right. And even before that being at a nine to five, it still wasn't like I could like get off work really fast all the time. Nor did I have the financial means to just say, yeah, we're just going to do it, we're going to make it work, we'll figure it out. But that is one thing that having a business, having a perfect mixture of one on one clients and passive programs has helped me to be able to do for my business. And I just want to clarify when I say passive programs, that does not mean you set it and forget it. Yes, you still have to market your business. Yes, you still get to put yourself out there, yes, you still get to be visible. But it is not like you are on all the time. And so being able to create a business like that truly, maybe not passive, may we call it more evergreen. But it is truly that life work balance that we all try to get when we work our nine to five, and we realize it's just never gonna happen, right? Are there seasons in my business where I'll sprint? Absolutely. Other seasons in my business where I'll work more hours? Absolutely. Are there seasons in my business? Where I just feel like working more, right? Because there's nothing else really going on. And my family or my kids don't want to hang out with me because their friends are cooler? Absolutely. Absolutely. And there's nothing wrong with that. I always when people would talk about hustle culture and hustle mentality. I always felt really shamed about that, because I love working on my business. And this is not to say you can't work on my business on your business if you love working on your business. However, once you get uncomfortable because it is uncomfortable to take breaks, it is uncomfortable to play. It is uncomfortable to do fun things and not work on your business. Because your back in your mind. You're saying I need to do that I should be doing that I should be doing that. You start to realize, Wow, that was a lot of fun. Can I find more free time in my schedule? Could I do more things like this in my schedule? And then you start feeling in total alignment? Because not only are you able to have all this more time freedom, you have more money freedom, right? Because you have passive programs. But then you also are more creative. You have more creative time. So you're coming up with more ideas. You're coming up with better content ideas, you're living life, and it's one of the things I love talking about when you live your life. You're all weekend. Have always going to have better content, versus sitting behind a desk working on your business all the time. Content is very superficial when we're just working on our business all the time. But when we can get out and live life, things come to us. creative things come to us, we just have so much more clarity. And we're able to step away from the computer sometimes. So if you need to do that in your business, guess what you get to, you get to. I've worked the 12 and 18 hour days in my own business. I'm not saying I'll never do that again. But it's a choice. And I like having the time to take a nap. If I want to hang out by the pool in the summer, if I want to stop everything I'm doing, and go have lunch with my husband or my daughter, or just have playtime with the puppies, you know, that to me is magical. So think about how we can start adding some play some fun, some rest into your schedule. Maybe it's served to mark it in your calendar. And then it becomes a new thing. You can thank me later, I promise you're gonna eventually enjoy it even if it feels weird and uncomfortable at first. I hope you enjoyed this episode.
