Okay, so I'm super excited to be a part of this with you and help you navigate through this. If we don't know each other, my name is Crissy Conner. And I help brands and businesses truly up level grow their business become a lead magnet become an customer like attractor, right? All of those things are so important in our business, and they have helped me to not only reached to actually exceeded 10k months, but to maintain them. And so it's super important. What is so special about 10k months. So in your mind, what is so special about 10k months. Because if we're going for 10k months are always like I feel super coveted, right? Like it's the first like way you can get a five figure month, right? Because 9999 is technically a four figure month right? But to truly reach $100,000 You actually don't have to get to 10k $8,333 a month is actually 100k 100k year sorry. 8333. So why do you want to get to 10k? What is so important about 10k for you? This is truly important and we need to know the answer this because if it's just because everybody else is doing it, you're gonna struggle reaching 10k And can I be honest with you? I was there at one point my business. Well, everybody says it's important. Of course I want 10k Right. Heck yeah. Give me 10k Sounds amazing. I have a shirt that says five figure Club, which is super cool to get after I overachieve 10k months, but I'll never forget and I totally give her credit for this my friend I talked about her lot and you guys probably heard me say this a lot. Megan plan again. Asked me she is a coach, a friend, mentor and amazing human being and she said to me, what is so special about 10k months. Why not 12k Chrissy? Why not 15k Chrissy? Why not 20k, Chrissy? And I will never forget that conversation. Because what that conversation did is it really brought to life. Why is this important to me? Why is this so coveted? It's really cool to say I made 10k months too. I'll never forget the first time I almost made it. It was like 9997 or something like that. It was super close. It was within $10. You mean technically, I could have gave myself $10 or sold something for $10 to make the 10k. But it was so close. And but I still couldn't say I made it right. And so before I actually got that close again, it was about eight months later. And I just know that like I just wanted the 10k or one of the 10k and I did a lot of work on myself in that time. And then I never actually hit 10k went straight to 15 which is pretty phenomenal. I told my coach, I said I've just been stuck at 15 to 30k months for 24 bucks and she laughed and she said Chrissy go to the mall, and seriously ask everybody in the mall. How many people have done this for 24 months she goes you might find one person that Done it shows it's not normal, right? But it can be normal. We can normalize this. We can normalize it because you have people ahead of you that have done it. And they're showing you that it's possible. All right. So we got to be more profitable the wealth will allow me to grow my business skill and get the rewards I have set for myself, pay off debt and have a savings, more time freedom. We have have more security and be able to do the things I want to do. So just travel remodeled house, a 10k month means I'm helping at least 10 women and myself to hit our financial goals. I take the 15, right. Heck yeah. Take the 15. Okay, so let's get something to write with. So what we're going to do is we're going to talk about what's holding you back, what is the block, right. And so these are 10 reasons, you may not be unlocking 10k months. Now, one of these could apply to you, many of these could apply to you. Or maybe there's a little bit of work we could do in each of the areas. I am a growth junkie. You guys know what that is? That means I always want to uplevel where I'm at, I always want to grow, I always want to be doing the next thing and bettering myself. I don't want to be better than anybody else. I want to be better than me. I was listening to a podcast yesterday, and she was talking, I think she makes like 23 million a year or something crazy like that. And it's this coach, she charges 22 or $33,000 a month to work with her. It's insane. But I'll never forget that she said she hid that wealth. Because she worked on herself. She worked on herself first. And so sometimes we set goals so big, that we get to become a better version of ourselves before we can reach them. And I think there is a quote, something like that. And I love that quote, because it's so true. Set a goal so high, that we have to become a better version of ourself to hit it. They say and I agree that being a business owner is the biggest personal development journey you will ever go on. When you become a business owner or an entrepreneur and you're having having and setting all these goals for yourself, you're gonna find out everything that you've never worked on, you're gonna find every block that you've never worked on unblocking. You're gonna find every trigger that you've never worked on. And it is so true. It is so true. Between the fact that business ownership would be so easy, except for the BS stories, we tell ourselves. Somebody else agree with that. I was talking to my inner circle yesterday, and we were working on showing up as our our bigness, right? And it was like, How is it? Why is it so hard for us to show up and talk about our wins and the things that we've accomplished? And it's like, it's nothing to us. But if somebody said You suck, or your meat Inner Mean Girl said you suck. You believe that? You believe that? You take that those words? And you're like, okay, yeah, I do suck. We'll let that play in our head a million times a day. But we won't let the great things that we've done. Even once a day, run through our head, right. And those are the types of things that can hold us back. But let's drop in the chat right now. I am going to on walk my block. Okay, I am going to unlock my block. What's the worst thing that can happen? If we unlock a block? We become a better version of ourselves. Right? Maybe we don't hit 10k months, but maybe we hit eight. Or maybe we increase our revenue by $2,000. Are y'all gonna be mad at that? No, you're not going to be mad at that. Right? I am going to unblock my or unlock my book. On walk my block. Yes, we're gonna unlock the block. Okay. All right. So let's get started. Get something to write with.
