Like let's chat about shopping, let's chat about the programs I have, let's talk about the things that I love to use that I couldn't do my business without and how it makes my life so much easier. Because I am all about working smarter, not harder. I am all about getting the cheat codes. Basically, when I say key cheat codes, what that means is taking knowledge from those that have been, you know, through whether it's making more money, they've been through different things than I have. And those cheat codes means I'm basically getting a download from somebody who has been through the thing or they understand the thing or something to that matter. I'll never forget that I listened to a ROB dial podcast and he was talking about, like, what would you pay if you lost all of your memory of your craft? So whatever your expertise is, right now, what if it took you 510 15 years to get there? And even if it wasn't yours, did it take 15,000 hours? Like what ever it took that you lost all that knowledge, you lost that skill? Like what would you do to get it back? Like if you could fast forward, if you could get the cheat codes, if you could get that fast download of that information to learn it quicker. So you could implement it and then do your thing again, you would 100% Do it like it would be priceless information. What we have in our heads is so priceless and so informative, and it can help other people. It can help other businesses, it can change somebody's life, whatever it is, right. And that knowledge is priceless. And so we always want to make sure that we are learning from someone who has the knowledge that we want. And so that's one of the things that I have learned in my business, always getting the downloads, investing in the mentors, investing in the programs, investing in whatever it is for the knowledge that I need to have. Also, there's this other part where it's downloading the experience, right and getting the experience, right, we can learn something, but we can't necessarily go teach something until we've experienced it. So for instance, I have been on Tik Tok for three years I think now. So, before I even though I've been on it, I wasn't consistent right into like a consistent, saw what works or what didn't work, saw how to really get visible on that platform. I couldn't have taught that. And so this year was the first time I actually taught a Tiktok course. And I was able to do that because of my experience, right? I learned the platform, I learned what works, and then I taught it. So anyhow, we are going to talk today about all the ways that I use a programs, I use software, I use things to basically get the cheat codes or to fast forward, work smarter, not harder. And I want to help you do that as well. So the first thing that I absolutely love, and I haven't recommended this to everyone and unless you're a social media manager, like you manage multiple accounts, this should be a free product for you. And so that's another reason I'm going to tell you that it's amazing. All the different things that the that it offers. I think if you do get the free option, I think there are a couple of things that you don't get with it unless you pay A but for most people, most people, most business owners, you should be able to use the free version you shouldn't need to pay for it. But anyhow that is metrical. And I am loving, magical because number one, it can post for me on Facebook, Instagram, tick tock can schedule your tiktoks. It can do Pinterest, it can do Twitter, it can do LinkedIn, it can do Google My Business, it can do YouTube. Meaning you can also schedule your shorts and your YouTube videos if you want to do that. So literally, it's a one stop shop for content creation for putting all your content out there. It has hashtag tools. It has so many amazing things it even has, you know how people use like Link tree and milkshake for your Lincoln bio. You can also even create that inside of Metro. Cool. So with analytics and all of that stuff, so you can see who's clicking what they're clicking on, or well not who is clicking but the majority of your audience what they are clicking on it where they're most interested in in that platform. So metrical is huge. Make sure you check out that link and grab that for you because it is going to be amazing. Speaking of tic tac I recently did in the month of May, we did an Ignite your visibility on tic tac. And that was such a great program. Because I don't really like the word mini course, because I originally called it a masterclass. But there are probably eight at least different trainings in there. Where I'm walking you through things I'm giving you all of my favorite tips, hacks, ways to work smarter not harder when it comes to tick tock and then what to do with those videos once you create them on tick tock like I like to talk about when we work smarter, not harder. We want to always make sure that we aren't just throwing away the leftovers, right? That we are actually making progress and using that content for some where else not throwing it away right a video is a video of video is is something you invest the time in you made it and we want to reuse it wherever else we can possible. So that is why I created the Ignite your visibility on Tiktok course it is $97 It is perfect for beginners and intermediate. If you've been on Tik Tok a while you probably know the majority of these things, but this is a quick way for $97 to fast track your way into tic toc to learn the things and really get the knowledge and it's still all very fresh, because it's not even a month old and it will serve and support you so well. So if you have questions you can ask, you can share your handle and get some followers because everybody's very good about you know, that law of reciprocity and following you know, following you and you can follow them and all that good stuff. The next tool that I am loving, that helps me work smarter, not harder, is something that I honestly used to make rules about to say I would never do this. And you guys know if you've listened to me for a while my love and passion for live video because live video, literally you push the go live button you start talking, there's no over producing, there's no unless you want to there's no over producing, there's no downloading, uploading all of that stuff, right? It's super easy. And so that platform is stream yard. And what I have been using stream yard for is actually I struggled a lot getting consistent on YouTube. And it was because of the thought the block in my head, they had to sit down and record this content. I had to do an intro I had to edit it, I had to make it look super cool. I had to put stuff all over the screen. And that was a lie that I was telling myself that was hurting my growth on YouTube. And so with stream yard, I go live on Facebook and I can choose one place on Facebook. So that can be my group, my business page, my personal page. I can go live on LinkedIn as long as you have the LinkedIn live option and then I can go live on YouTube. Now there is a Twitter option or not Yeah, Twitter option to go live and I haven't done that yet. But that's something I want to add to moving forward and maybe that's one of my new uncomfortable things because it does. It always is a little scary. When we're going to go do something a little different that we've never done before. I've never been I don't even know if I've ever posted a video on Twitter to be honest with you, I'll have to go back and look. But I've definitely never done live video there. And then what happens a lot of times with stream yard, I will, I'll put my phone up. So I'll be going live on my desktop, and then I'll put my phone up and go live on tick tock, so I could technically be live at four places at a time. And that is powerful, because I'm showing up in multiple places. And being consistent with my YouTube, right my YouTube strategy, I do go back in and edit, add, you know, add the thumbnail, and edit the description just so that all my handles and all my programs and offers are there. But let me tell you the time saving, I would much rather go do that. And I have a Google Doc that is copy and paste and I just paste that underneath the description. And it's just like my resources. But that has been such a time saver for me. And I would rather just copy and paste that, versus downloading, uploading blah, blah, blah, right, just do it all at one time. And the quality of the stream yard has been very, very impressive. I can bring guests on, I can do PowerPoints, I can share my screen. So there's a lot of other amazing things when it comes to stream yard, I want to say it's like $25 a month. If you want to pay for it, it there is a free version. It does have the stream yard logo on it though. So you can also use stream yard to go live if it can't be live. So you can actually upload a recorded video. You can do like banners on the screen if you pay for it. You can do banners on the screen and things like that you can do backgrounds, you can do a countdown video, you can add your intro video. So if you want to do some fun things, and have a little fun with it, you can, you can brand it to all your colors. So there's just so much when it comes to stream yard that I love. Most recently, I've bought it by the year, because I think you say you say it ended up being $20 a month instead of 25. So I was like, You know what, I'm not going to get rid of this, and I'm going to use it. So I'm totally going to add that as an option. So I want to make sure I give you my affiliate link for that as well. So check out stream yard, if you want to work smarter, not harder, and get video in multiple places, it will be a lifesaver. So the next thing I want to talk about is one of my most recent workshops, and that is the Ignite your content. And that is the visible framework accelerator. And that is teaching content, how to work smarter, not harder. When it comes to creating content, how you really less is more how we can maximize our content. A lot of times we get stuck, and we're like, Well, I don't know what to do. Or I don't know what to say. And I don't know why I should say this and am I saying the right things? And am I doing the right things to build relationships with my audience? Am I doing the right things to position myself as the expert Am I doing the right things to engage with my audience and this framework breaks it all down for you. It simply breaks it down. It's makes it so much easier. And it's so fun. And the thing I love about a framework. And I actually didn't know this until recently, framework and a process are truly different things. So a framework means that I just need to use the steps, I can use them in any order. However, a process means we follow it in like the order in the steps. So you do get that freedom in the visible framework that you can mix and match, you can mix it up. And that makes it so much easier when we want to create content. Because if we're really rigid with ourselves, when it comes to creating content, it's going to hold us back, it's going to give us blocks, and not give us that creative freedom that we want to have when we're creating content. And that is one thing that the visible framework really does for you. And so this I've been creating content for 10 years. And so this framework really, truly brings it all home so that we're always doing all those things that our audience needs for us to build trust, to get to know us better to position us as the expert to engage with them to ask more questions and all of those things. So I highly recommend the visible framework. It's amazing. When we did this accelerator, it was a two week. You could literally binge all the videos in one setting if you want it. They're not very long. But I wanted to break everything down and create each each video is a piece of content, right a type of content. And so I wanted to make sure that I taught each of those so that they each had their own place because they're all very important in our social media strategy. So the visible framework accelerator is 297 There are payment options available. It will blow your mind. It will help make content creation So much easier. There's downloadables that go with that. There are a lot of content, just like content templates and things like that, to really help you. If you get stuck in a lot of ways to help you come up with additional content, but I am in love with this process. This, this framework has just helped me so much. Even myself, as somebody who creates content, we're all way too close to our own businesses. And so having this are really gives again, it gives you that creative ideas, the prompts, and then also the creative expression because it's not rigid that you have to like follow it to a tee, which makes it super, super nice. And so many people that teach content, like you have to do it like this, you have to and then it stresses us out, because we're like, if I don't follow it to a tee, I'm not going to be successful. And that's one reason that I did this the way that I did, because I did not want this to keep you from creating content. I wanted this to help you flourish when it came to creating content. Alright, so the next thing I want to talk about is one of my favorite tools that I have been using for years, it is one of my repurposing hacks that I use, and that is otter AI. And so otter is ott er.ai. And the link in the show notes for that as well. That platform, transcribes videos. It also helps if you are using courses, or you want to upload what we call SRT files. So SRT files are is a program doesn't automatically do closed captioning, like Facebook, Instagram, do automatic closed captioning, but they don't do that. You can upload an SRT file, Vimeo, it's weird some of my Vimeo videos do and some don't. So I always transcribe it anyhow, to upload it. Also, when you transcribe a video, it's a lot easier to turn that video into a blog post, right? So it has helped me create more blog content, it has helped me create more, I can pull like, if I say five things, right, I can copy and paste that into a static post. So otter AI is been such a blessing, there is a free version, I do pay for it, I want to say it's maybe like $97 a year, it's totally worth it to me. Sometimes, if I'm on a mastermind call, or something that's not recorded. I don't know about you. But sometimes when people start giving me all this advice, I just like, can't write it down fast enough. So I do love otter AI to like take notes for me when I'm on calls and things like that. So that really helps, too. That way, I don't have to worry about not being fully present and listening because I know it's getting recorded, right? I know it's getting transcribed for me, and I don't have to worry about that. So I will drop the link for that as well. The next thing I want to talk to you about is Omni VIP. And one of the reasons that I have struggled with tick tock is because we post something on tick tock, we have to download it right, we have to go to snap tick dot app. And then sometimes it doesn't post the reels. Because they put some kind of encoding and so they know that it's coming from tick tock, it's just the craziest thing. So I found this tool that actually when I post a Tic Toc, this tool automatically you set up a workflow. And it's super easy. And it takes the it takes the TIC tock video and drops it in Google Drive for you. Without the logo. I do nothing but post the Tick Tock and then it titles it whatever the description is. So if I want to copy that title of the video, right that I just downloaded, I have it all there and then I can upload it to reels I can upload it to YouTube shorts, I can upload it to Pinterest idea pins, I can upload it to Facebook reels, right, I can upload it to LinkedIn as a video, I have all this, these places that I can use this video content for and that is so amazing. Now there are other workflows, you can set up and repurpose that IO. But here's the thing, I'm gonna tell you right now, it doesn't matter because I it is worth it for me to pay for it, just use it for tick tock, I'm sure I will find more ways to use this. Like you can set up a workflow to take YouTube videos to Instagram and things like that. But at this point, I use stream yard for all of that. So I don't really need to do that. But Baba, but I'm telling you, this is insane. It is total work smarter, not harder. And it's like paying, I think it's $25 a month and I think I have a coupon for you to get $5 off. And so I think I paid $20 a month but like it's like having a VA do that for you that you're paying $20 a month. And it's like they're dropping it in a Google Drive. But it's literally all automated and you're not paying X amount of dollars an hour, it's $20 month, it is so worth it for time savings, I can't even tell you. So that link is in the show notes as well. So make sure you grab that. Alright, the last thing I want to talk about today is my visible inner circle. And so that is the highest level of working with me. I rarely do one on ones so the visible inner circle is the perfect way to do that you do get one on one calls with me included in that there are 220 minute calls a year depending on how long you commit to the minimum you need to commit to for the visible inner circle is three months. And the reason that is because when I do one on one with my clients, they have to agree to 90 days you really do I'll see results for anything until you do something for 90 days, right? And then you can make that decision is this for me? Do I want to stay in this program or do I not want to and so that's the one thing I love about the three month commitment, because you're gonna stick it through for three months. And then after that you choose what you want to do, do you want to stay on month month, you want to leave you want to pay for a year, whatever you want to do to save money, you can do that.
