It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. One of the things I've learned about this business is that we always go back to the basics. Because when things seem like they're not working, sometimes we are trying too many things. Sometimes, we just need to go back to our roots. I'll never remember I'll never forget having an issue with selling a program. And one of the things I did when I first got into this business was I did 15 Free 15 minute strategy calls, no strings attached. And I gave people direction. And the action takers saw massive results, obviously not a reason action taker. So I can't say everybody saw results, but the ones that took action saw results. And so when I was struggling to sell a program, I was like, go back to basics, go back to basics, go back, just do 15 minute strategy calls, right? And then things started happening, right? It started working again, I get asked all the time, will you ever give up one on one clients? The answer is no. Because just as I tell my audience, this is what's working for me tested to see if it's working for you. Every one's platform might be the same. So we might all be on Instagram or Tiktok. However, some things work for multiple people, but not everyone. Some things only work for certain people. And most of the time it is because of their audience, right? It is what their audience is craving it is what their audience wants in that moment. And so it is never cut and dry across the board. It's Think about it like a thumb, a thumbprint right. Even if we had the exact same audience on a platform, the same exact number of people, which would be really hard to replicate, by the way, but let's say we did right for testing, the algorithm is only going to show a certain percentage of that people the thing right even for posting the exact same thing. And, and the it is very doubtful that the algorithm is showing both of our audiences the same thing, right? The same or the same audience the same thing, right? The algorithm is picking one audience for this person and one audience for this person, right? If only a small percentage of your audience actually sees your content, that is not going to be the same. So I want you to think about that for a second. Also, I said this a couple of weeks ago, there were constantly 10,000 versions of Facebook running at any time. That's why I may be having glitches and you may be working fine. They're always testing versions, right? So if Facebook is always testing 10,000 versions of Facebook, I couldn't even tell you how many versions of Instagram they're testing, right? I don't know. But if they are always testing, what does that say to us, we should always be testing. So therefore, that's why I will never 100% give up one on one clients. Because I cannot test with just myself. I need multiple pieces of content, multiple different audiences, multiple different industries, to truly test my theories, right, to truly test my frameworks to truly test all of these things that I do in my business. So therefore, that's why I'll never get rid of them. But also, it brings me back to basics, right? Content Creation, analytics. What's the algorithm doing today? Wow, what happened in the last 30 days? This is impressive, right? Like being able to see those things and figure them out strategically. Knowing what works and what doesn't work. Right? For certain clients or across the board is huge. Now, I'm not saying I want 15 clients, that's way too many right? But, you know, a good five to seven clients is all I need. That's all I need to really be able to tell So to be able to serve and support and give them my full, undivided attention and have strategy calls with them, right, so we can always be improving what they're doing. So that is why another thing that I do, what I'm doing today is I'm actually doing a VIP day with someone and we are literally creating content for four hours, using my framework that is going to be specific to her to attract her ideal person, right to pull them in, to make them hungry for what she has to offer to feel like the content is magnetic and speaking directly to her audience. This is a game changer, because so many times we just put up content without a purpose, we just put up content to put up content. And now I'm not gonna lie, sometimes I just, I have this passion burning inside of me, and I need to talk about something. And I may go live about it. I mean, obviously, it's going to help somebody in their business, but it may not have a strategic path in that moment. And it may not always know what the strategy is behind it. But when you feel passion like that, go talk about it. Because there is a strategy deep down inside. And most of the time, what I found is when I feel those burning, urgent moments, those passionate Moments Number one, I'm on fire, and I will get more engagement with that piece of content than typically that video than anything else. But number two, somebody always reaches out to me and says, Chrissy, you have no idea. Hi, nice to hear that today. Thank you for posting that. If one person says that, what are the odds that other people are feeling the same way, they just don't want to tell me or they're too embarrassed to tell me or they just are too introverted to tell me, right. So let's think about that. Strategy is important posting the post is not even though we all do it, we're all guilty of it. But if it it comes from a place of passion, if it comes from a place of good intentions, if it comes from a place with I just want to say I just hope somebody Tate has can take away something from this, it's always going to land in the right place. So sometimes we're so worried about creating the best content that we actually just don't do anything. We become paralyzed. It freaks us out. And so we do nothing. I'm not approving post post. But sometimes we don't know why we're posting, we just feel like we need to post something, we feel it and we know it's going to do something for someone. And in those instances I want you to write, and I'm not saying you're never gonna post a dud, you're never gonna post and get crickets because we all again, do that as well. It happens to me all the time. But sometimes I know the reason there's crickets is because people are feeling what I'm saying. And they just don't want to acknowledge it. And when it gets deep like that, I'm okay with that. I'm okay with that. So if something is not working in your business, ask yourself how can I go back to basics? Where did I start? put myself in those shoes? Let me remember that. Let remember who I was then. Let me remember who I was. When I felt the fire. Let me remember who I was when people were coming to me. It's not a magic pill. It's not the secret sauce. But it is a strategy to bring you back to where you started. And remember that fire remember that passion.
