It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. And I feel like in our businesses, when we can create clarity and when we have a proven path. It just makes the process so much easier. And one thing my mentor told me was the first like 30 days of this. Of this sprint won't be the hardest. And I don't disagree with that, I will totally agree with that the mindset the the ups and downs, the feel like it's like you're literally sinking in quicksand right like that, things are not moving at the speed that you want. But that's okay. Because that is true growth, right. And if you're only in it for the riches, right, if you're only in it for the money, you are always going to be disappointed. If you are in it, to support others to serve others, and know that the money will come, you will never just never be disappointed. If you're in it for the growth, you will never be disappointed because you're gonna grow expecially when crap hits the fan, right, like you are going to grow. And that is the most magical thing about this whole process. The growth is incredible. I have been trying to talk myself out of going to Minnesota next week for training interview with my mentor and people that I've loved for like four years. And it's like I've been trying to talk myself out of it and i i On one hand I am. It's like, what's this gonna do to my business like, I don't think I can afford to be gone a week, I don't think I should go blah, blah, blah, right. And on the other hand, it's like, you need this to recharge, you need the alone time in a hotel room, you need the quiet time you need the peace, you need to focus. And as I'm sitting here, mapping out some huge changes in my business, some huge opportunities that are coming up, starting at the end of this month. Moving into March and onward. I'm just looking at this thinking this is different. This is so different than anything that I've done before. This is so different than anything I've really offered before this whole ascension model is blowing my freakin mind and mapping out everything that I can and have been able to teach in the past. Also blowing my mind. Also, I'm sitting here looking at it and I'm like, Oh my lord, that's so much content, right? Because I just wrote down what I could teach. I didn't write down all the things inside of that. That's a ton of content. And I'm just looking at this. Like, right now it's sitting beside me and I'm sitting here like cheese. This is magnificent. Like, putting everything I like, or I can teach, and I love to talk about and I love to train on down is insane. And, and I'm and kind of did something like this when I did to enter lives in July of 2021. The one thing I was afraid of as everyone is afraid of what am I going to talk about? What am I going to do 200 videos on. And so I did sit down and I wrote out like 200 video ideas, right? Because I wanted to make sure I have that content. Here's the funny thing. I had so much content daily come into my life, whether it was getting on a call with a client, whether it was somebody in my inner circle asking a question, somebody in the uncomfortable group asking a question, right? Like there was always content opportunities, and I never really used that list of 200. And I'm going back to it now because again, the value is there. The value proposition is there. It's so valuable. Some of it could even be masterclasses or trainings or courses and things like that and I get to put myself out there more and do that and I get to sell more things right and I get To share more with my audience more than just the free things, and so that has been a blessing, because it's funny because the one thing that a lot of people say to me is I don't want to be salesy. I don't want to be salesy. I don't want to be salesy. Guess what I don't want to be sold either. I don't even like asking people for the sale, right? That's a hard thing for me to do. And so I want people to join my programs, because they know that it's going to change their life, that they know it's going to change their business, that they know that I am not going to give up on them. And I'm going to over deliver in everything, just like I do already. I want them to know that my you know, if they're in my Omni program, that they're going to x goal is to get to visible because visible is what's going to take them to the next level visible is what's going to take them through their whole entire marketing ecosystem visible is going to teach them stuff that they never, I would never have the time to teach inside of Omni for a 30 minute call, right. And so I'm really excited about some other things even going on in my current programs that are going to be coming moving forward. Because there are going to be some really distinct changes, because I want to make sure people understand that my lower level membership is a lower level membership, right, your goal and my goal. And if you're on the member, I love you, thank you so much for being a member of my goal is to get you to six to seven figures, right. And that means we get to ascend you to the next program where I can give you more attention where I can give you more training where I can give you more strategy where I can talk to you more one on one, right? Because it's a smaller group atmosphere, which is what I want it to be. And so this just landed on my heart today, and I talked to my coach about it. And I was like, I feel like I need to change some things in my programs. And I need to really make sure they're differentiated and they're not the same. And that has been a blessing. I'm so excited about the changes. And and just because they're changes doesn't mean it's like, oh, I'm going to take this away from one program. No, I'm not going to ever take something away from a program and not replace it with something better or not give it something better, right that it deserves. And so that would be like program suicide, I guess, right? So I want to make sure that, hey, this is going to be a little different than you're used to. However, I want to tell you what's coming, right. Like, I want to tell you the exciting things that are coming because I don't want you to feel like you're missing out on anything, I want to be able to pour into you more, I want to be able to give you more, I just need to make sure that my visible inner circle is protected, that they get the most of me that anybody else can get from me. And that's fair because they are paying a premium price to get the best of me right to get the most of me to get all of my strategy to get all my brainpower to mastermind together in a group and that my friends, whether it's my inner circle or another person's mastermind, like there is nothing that compares to that there is nothing that can bring you so much joy, there is nothing that can move the needle forward stronger than a program like that. And that is what I love so much about masterminds and inner circle, because they uplevel you like nothing else can because not only are you getting the support from a mentor, but you're also getting the support of your peers that could potentially or could be your ideal person, right? So you're getting instant feedback from two different people that you've like know and trust that you feel safe with that have signed confidentiality agreements and can't talk about anything inside that we talked about inside outside, which is nice, right, you are in a safe environment. And so that, to me, is the most powerful thing ever. And I think everyone should experience that at some point in their career, in their business owner career in their business owner life, because that is truly what's going to take them to the next level. And I'm sure you can get where you want. But it would be a heck of a lot easier if you joined a program that had the support of your peers and your mentor. I hope you enjoyed this episode.
