Day 35 & 36 updates: Be Different [44]

I've been thinking a lot about being different not the same. Being different is a pattern interrupt, it's what draws attention and becomes the scroll stopper. Staying the same as everyone else, that does not. Also listen as you hear what I'm doing differently and how I put my business first.

It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. It doesn't mean we can't enjoy our holidays like what all is available are starting, ignite your visibility on Instagram, coming up on the 28th of November and that is going to help you streamline your Instagram experience, understand fully know what type of content to be putting on there and understand all the ins and outs real stories. He posts all the things so that you can create a raving fan audience there, make sure you check it out visibility queen.com. We're doing updates for day 35 and 36. And this is the weekend. So that's why I didn't get him in individually. But it's okay, because I have some really good updates. So far this weekend, I made this vow to myself a while back. And one of the things is if I want to work on Saturdays, because I love my business so much. I am only allowed to work on my business, I am not allowed to work on any my client stuff. It is my business only on Saturdays. And so I also implemented that normally, before 8am. It was only my business. But it also actually implemented that. Through 11am While I'm on the sprint is only my business. So I work on my business from 4:30am to 11am. Every single day. I don't have any calls scheduled unless it supports my business, right like podcasts and guest interviews and things like that before 11am everything else is after, which has really helped me just stay focused on the things that matter. In general in business. So Sunday's I typically use to start working on my clients stuff because I want to get ahead. I don't ever want to be behind because when I'm behind what is that create create stress. What is stress also create stress creates forgetfulness. It harms creativity, obviously, it's not good for your body. So I never want to be stressed out when it comes to anything in my business, right? I want to make sure that I'm doing everything. That's not stressful. Even if I'm I don't know if I want to word the use hustling. But even if I'm focused, I think that's the thing. I when I do something when I do anything in my business, I'm very intentional. And I guess I've always thought that is the word hustle. But I know that brings such a negative connotation these days. So we're gonna say I'm hyper actively focused, I don't know, that just sounds really good. It sounds like I'm actually working focus doesn't necessarily mean you're taking action just means you're paying attention. So I'm gonna say that I'm we're gonna say it's highly focused implementation, that's what it is. That's a really good word. Okay, that's a really good sprays once you use that. So I'm very, very, I've been into my business this weekend, changing all my landing pages, changing images, updating, profile photos, doing all those things, right, because all those things are little tweaks that we sometimes forget to do. But they really help our business. I've also decided to get rid of half the information on my sales pages and my landing pages, because it's just too much. People are not reading them, I need to just stop. Either. They want to work with me, or they don't want to work with me. And I think finding this new mentor that I stumbled across as really just opened my eyes and so many things. I don't want to force people to work with me, right? I don't want to feel like I need to talk you into it. You either feel like you're right, you're led to do so. Or you're not. And I think that's the thing with me. I've never been talked into doing something I feel led to do it and I do it. And that is the kind of experience I want all my future clients and my future members of my programs to have, I don't want to talk you into it. I'll offer it to you and let you know it's available. But there's no pressure, right? It's totally Do you want to do this or do you not? That is your call. I'm not for everybody. And I understand that and I'm okay and I can teach you one thing is to understand you're not for everybody, either. It's hard sometimes to swallow, but it's okay. Somebody commented about the follow up with a bootcamp and said something about it wasn't very engaging, like okay, then she's not my person. If she can't be engaged in the free content, she's going to struggle to be engaged. If you paid me right, then she's not going to be happy and then she's going to be upset and then it's going to turn into I'm not going to finish out my contract activity. All right. So we want to hit we want to cut things off before they even start with people. And that's why I love the process of video because we can attract and repel people at the same time. So I want you to think about this, as you look at your week. If you don't have like hours that you can set aside, I want you to look at your week and what you have coming up, where can you find places for your business, and, and I'm not saying pencil them in I'm saying put them in the calendar, right? Have a list of things that take you five minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes and have a list of them that need to be done. So if a call ends five minutes early, or 10 minutes early, you can focus on that and get that five minute 10 minute thing done right. Or if somebody cancels on you, or something like that, you always have a list of things that need to be done that you can do in those pockets of time you weren't expecting. And that will save you so much headache, and so many things. So I've decided to do something else different moving forward. So my first app that I open, every single morning, when I get up for my business is my Facebook, and because of connections because of my groups being there, but I'm actually going to change this up in Facebook is going to start being the last app I open. I am going to check every other platform, Instagram, LinkedIn, tick tock Pinterest, they say LinkedIn, LinkedIn, YouTube, I am checking all of those platforms before I check Facebook, because you know how like, they say you need to, like brush your teeth with your left hand, right? Like, really just because it activates like a different part of your brain. It's just uncomfortable. It's just different, right? It's the same thing for me and my business. I never want to be stagnant. And depending on what platform and I teach that. So let's stop. Let's, let's be be who I say you should be right? Let's do the things. Let's lead by example. So that is my new thing. Actually, you know what, while I'm saying this, here's what's happening. I am writing it on a post it note that says do not go to Facebook. First thing, do not go to Facebook. Until and then I'm going to write the pop forums. This is so good. I'm actually doing abbreviations because I don't have much room. But that's okay. Tic Tac pen terrorist. Yes, please, I'm actually even going to add Twitter on here. I say I hate Twitter. You know what the reason I hate it, don't use it. So we're gonna throw that on there, too. We're just going to do all the things. I'm gonna shock myself this week. The other thing that I did last night was I took 45 minutes and created 31 trending tic TOCs in 31 minutes and are sorry, 45 minutes, I did 31. So just a couple, like less than two minutes each rate. And I did for outfit changes. Now, when I bought create content like that, I do not like I don't edit, I don't do anything, I literally record, move to the next one record, move to the next one record, move to the next one. I mean, that for me is such a fast process. And then I can use that content for whatever I'm feeling or whatever I'm talking about or whatever, right, I can find something to go with every piece of content. And this was a great challenge that visible gave me on our two day workshop is I said give me anything, anything you want to talk about. And I will help you relate it to your business all day long. Are you ready? And so they really did get a good job at almost stumping me, I'll be honest, but we got through it. I think they were as shocked as I was that I could figure out a way to talk about anything they wanted to within their business. And I think that's just my years of experience. I've worked with so many different industries and businesses and business owners and help so many different people. So I always have to be on have to always be thinking about that. So this is a game we're going to start playing I think maybe we're going to open up our calls give me something that stumped me like try to stop me because again, it's like brushing your teeth with the left hand right or if your if your left hand and then your right hand, but like doing something different. So this week, I challenge you to find pockets of time to work on your business. First, I challenge you to do things a little bit differently than you've been doing them. Train your brain and a little different ways than you've been used to and see what happens. It's different, be different people that can mark it differently or the people that are right. Attractions role stopping a pattern interrupt is different not the same. So how can you be one of those things today? How can you be one of the things this coming week.
