I always have these ideas that I think will turn out, you know, I think they're like really good ideas, right? And I think they're turned out pretty amazing. And yeah, I was right. They turned out pretty amazing. And everybody loved the activity. I did give them some, obviously, I'm not gonna spill all of that, because, you know, they're my special peeps, and they get all of that stuff for me. But one of the things that we did was we literally had 10 minutes, I was like, Okay, go find a place and go create a video right now. Like, I want you to learn to create videos and pockets of time and never say I don't have time to get on video, because you're gonna learn how to do it. I had them all posts of vulnerable posts. And, you know, it was it was hard and and very vulnerable for many of them. So it was just good to see them get out of their comfort zone. Sometimes just coming to gather like that can be very uncomfortable, right? You You know, even for me like reading the room and understand what's going on. So most people don't know this. But every workshop I've ever done, every training I've ever done, I have a list of things that I want to accomplish, right? Like I think that I want to teach. But I really read the room, I read the room, I get a feel for what everybody's doing, what everybody where everybody's at, where they need the most support, because we ask that question, and completely can pivot and create a whole curriculum really fast in the moment, and that has served me so well. Every workshop I've done every VIP, VIP day I've done with my inner circle, whether it's the whole group or small groups that we do at the nine and 10 month mark, it has never served me wrong, it has never served me wrong, it has always been great. And I'm just so proud of them. Because number one again, it's uncomfortable sometimes to show up, you know, in a place you're not familiar with, with a bunch of people. And some of them we had somebody come from Texas, we had somebody come from Tennessee, they've never actually met any of these people in real life, you know, in real life just online. And so first of all, for people to get out of their comfort zone and fly across the country, right? Or drive. And in the when there's in a potential. I'm gonna say potential because our weather people are not always right. But a potential winter BLIZZARD STORM, whatever you want to call it coming. That right there, I'm just so grateful. I'm so grateful that I have met these people and that they have chose to come be with us in Columbus, Ohio, and mastermind with us and implement with us. And all of those things. And I just like there are really no words that I can say that says and explains how grateful I am for that, like, you know, no matter. And I was listening to a podcast the other day that said, Listen, no matter like who you want to join your program and how many numbers you think you should get, like, never forget to be so thankful and so grateful for the people that said yes to you, to the people who renew with you every time for the people who keep showing up right? Sometimes it's not possible for people to travel or come to in person events. But every time you know they show up on almost all the calls, right? Like they are doing the thing. They're being consistent. They're being coachable you And I'm just so blessed and thankful for that. Because everybody who showed up today, and not everybody that wanted to be there could be there. And I totally understand that. But everybody that showed up today was ready to just do it. And let me lead them in the direction, trust the process, and do all the things. And that was so important to me. So important to me, I really just love it when people trust the process and know that I got them. They just gotta listen. They just got to implement and do the thing. And so yeah, so it's just been an amazing day. And I could not be more blessed right now. I'm just feeling like, my cup is very full. And I even messaged my friend, and I was like, I felt like I was so busy pouring into them. But it's weird, because you think pouring into other people, you know, dries your tank, when actually it fills your cup, even more, and seeing people do things that they have not done before, or, you know, getting on a new platform or creating more video content, or getting vulnerable, like, those things are all out of our comfort zones. And the way that we the way that we grow, is by getting uncomfortable. The way that we stretch ourselves is by getting uncomfortable. The way that we move to the next level is by getting uncomfortable. And I know I'm gonna butcher this quote, but it's like set goals so high that you have to, I think it's you have to become a totally different person to achieve them. Right. Like you have to come become a new version of yourself basically, to achieve them. And that, to me is so powerful. So powerful, because I look back at the girl who wanted to make six figures so bad, right? And she had no clue. She I call her baby Crissy. Because she had no clue. She had no clue. She thought she did. And she thought she knew what she wanted. And she thought she knew what she was doing. And she thought her mind was in a good place. It was not, it was not and she had to go through that journey and figure that out. And so that's what I want you to remember that things are always happening, right? We may not see that instant gratification right now that we want. We are moving the needle forward in every action step consistent, consistent that we consistently take in our business. We are moving that needle forward. And the only way to get from here to there is to move, right? Take move, it can be baby steps. It doesn't have to be leaps. It doesn't have to be a sprint, it can be baby steps. It's still moving forward. So I encourage you, are you willing to move forward? Are you willing to even at baby steps, move in the right direction, knowing that it's going to be a journey, knowing that it's a marathon, not a sprint? Are you willing to do the things, the uncomfortable things consistently without instant gratification. Because if you are, you are the perfect business owner, because there'll be so many trials and end down moments and hurt moments and emotional moment. And if you can keep moving forward, knowing that it's all coming to you. You're already winning.
