It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. So I'm gonna give you the updates through day 27 of the sprint. And I think honestly, I was so consistent until Queen con. And then it's just like, everything went out the door. And so now I get to get back in the groove of doing this. Every single day, I love my daily updates. I was keeping them short and sweet and to the point and that was really nice. And then when I have to put a bunch of days together, it's not so successful in doing that. But that's okay. So we know quitting can happen. And then literally, I felt rundown, cold congestion, cough, like everything. So today is the best day that I have. It's like the best I felt since our event, so I'm on the mend and feeling really good. Which is pretty amazing. Because I had some realizations today. And I'd love to share them with you. So I was on a call. So I have an accountability call every morning at 530 is my friend Meghan. And we were talking and I said I've been playing small as it Something's been bothering me for like the last 48 hours. I've been thinking about it. And I've been playing small. And she's like, okay, and I said, I've been really focusing all my content on mindset. And, you know, video, like fears of getting on video. And I haven't really gotten real technical about each platform like I used to. And I don't know why I've gotten away from not so much. But you know, I? I just haven't been doing like I was. And she goes, Yeah, you're the visibility queen, you call yourself that you should be talking about every platform like you're so right. You're so right isn't and even when it comes to like, tick tock, I'm like, oh, you know, Rachel has that covered. And it's that imposter syndrome. And I want you to know this that I'm no different than you 789 figure business owners, everybody gets impostor syndrome sometimes, right? We all do it. We're all guilty of it. And I want you to know that. It's okay. But then we have to see past that. And we can't let it stop us. Right. And so again, I'm not the expert at tic toc. I know a lot. And I just actually funny thing. I'm gonna I'm gonna finish this thought and then I'm gonna tell you this. But when I made this declaration this morning, I said, I'm done playing small. You know? It's uncomfortable to admit it to yourself. It's definitely uncomfortable to admit it to everybody else. And I posted that early this morning. This afternoon, one of my members and my Omni group reached out to me and said, I'm going viral. Like, I have a million views on a video. And I'm like, Oh my gosh, she goes, I just did what you told me to, like, I just did what you said. And I think that's so amazing. Because sometimes we want to be so complicated, right? We want to know all the ins and outs and sometimes we just need to trust the process and know that it's going to happen. And so obviously anybody that goes viral, we know the next steps we know the things that need to be done like to prepare for that virality and so I gave her all those steps and realized okay, you know, I probably should do a training in on the on purely Tiktok because I don't think we've done that yet. And I just thought it was so interesting that I made that declaration this morning, right? I no idea about her video. Right? And I was like, You know what I'm going to I haven't talked about any of the platform specifics lately, publicly. And I get to do more of that. And I even reached out to my mentor and I said, you know, you say things about talking about myself all the time and video, I feel like you're talking to me, and it's triggered me, don't get me wrong, but I don't want you to stop doing it. But as you guys know, I'm not I'm not saying to you, and I'm like, I know, I know, but I need to hear it. That's all it matters. And, you know, she, you know, she said, some really good points that sometimes when we start going through the technical, and the instructional things that we're, it's, we're in a place of fear and, and I'm like, Oh, my gosh, she's probably right, like I'm backing up from that is I'm in a place of fear. And I get to, I get to be in, you know, my word of the year is abundance, right. And so I need to get out of that fear, I need to get into abundance mode. And I need to teach because, literally, and I've said this over and over, you only have to be two chapters ahead to be the expert or your audience. member that went viral. I'm at least two chapters ahead, right. And that's all I have to be to teach somebody how to do the thing. And I want you to remember that too. Because so many times we get so hung up on expert status, expert status, there's always gonna be somebody smarter than you and anything that you want to do. Right? Unless you invent it, you're the only one that's ever done it. There's always going to be somebody that's smarter than you. But guess what, they're not you. And I needed that reminder today, too. And since I made that declaration, so many things have just fell into place. For me, I've I've been looking at my my stats on my YouTube, my stats on my tic tock my stats on my Instagram. And it's like all these things that I wanted to do and 2022, which we're in day 27, right? They're all happening. Because I've been so consistent. I've trusted my own process, right? I've done the things I said I was going to do. And that my friends is beautiful. And also important to remember that compound effect is so powerful. When we just trust the process, and we move forward. Amazing, crazy things happen. And I want you to know that so many times this business isn't easy. Any business isn't easy, right? How many times have you wanted to quit since January 1, maybe once, maybe a bunch, maybe every day. We go through those emotions. And it has so many ups and downs. But at the end of the day, we're all looking for that type of money freedom, right? Where we want to create that life to live that life that we design. And when we keep our eye on the why right? Whatever that exact why isn't it may not be exactly that. But it's something if we keep our eye on the why, and the people that we want to help and serve right. Okay to get there. We just have to refocus. Remember why we're doing this. And understand if it was easy, everybody would do it. And their days, I still want to quit friends. I talked about the worst day back in 2020 that I was really ready to quit, right? But there are still days that I want to quit. There's still days, I think there's gotta be something easier out there, right? There's gotta be something easier. But that easy thing that's comfortable. It's comfortable right now. But that's not comfortable. In 10 years from now, that's not comfortable. To create wealth, like, in my family, right? That's creating money to live on right in this moment. It's not creating anything for the future. And that's why I work so hard. That's why we're so hard into my audience. That's why I show up so much. That's why I do the things that I do. And you know, I've never followed the Dave Ramsey way or anything like that. But I have heard a lot about the things that he says and one of the things and I'm gonna probably butcher this. So but he says something to the fact of live the way now that know that most people aren't willing to live so that you can live in the future. The way most people aren't able to live or something like that. I know I'm butchering that, but I think that's why I do what I do. I know that's why I put When the hours but also I love what I do, it doesn't feel like I'm putting in all these hours, I don't sit and look at the clock and say, you know, like I did it a nine to five and a nine to five I was watching the clock so I could get out and leave. And that's not what I want to do. I want to live my passion, I want to love what I do. Now, I don't want to wait just to clock out and be done for the day. You know, I, even when I'm not on my computer, even when I don't have my phone, I'm still thinking about my clients, how can I serve and support them? How can I help them? I'm always brained up and always journaling. I'm always thinking of ways that I can be a support system them thinking of the next training, thinking of the next way that I can just support them. You know, who can I buy from to support them? Instead of you know, who can I get a gift card from to give as gifts versus, you know, going to Amazon or target or Starbucks, which are our Go twos. That's the powerful thing about being an entrepreneur, helping other people grow their business. And doing all of the things that we love doing. So I know I'm not giving you a whole lot of updates on each day. But today was so instrumental and powerful. I needed today because the last couple of days have kind of been and I noticed, and I don't know if this is I've just felt so bitchy, and I don't normally even use that word. That words not my brand. But I felt so like irritable, and and grouchy and I just don't like feeling that way. That's just not a good feeling. And I'm sure it has something to do with not feeling well. But and tired and exhausted. Yesterday, I took like a three hour nap at like 334 o'clock or something like that. And I like didn't get up forever, just like passed out. But I think it was just, you know, when you're rundown from a very high energy event, that was my talk, right? They energy marketing. And you have all the you're so hyped up, right? And then you crash afterwards, I didn't think I've crashed with this one. But literally have already taken like, next year we have the dates. I'm taking the week of off and the week after off it is God. And then Lily and I were talking we're like we're losing we're taking the girls to the beach, we're literally going straight to the beach really cream con to just relax and soak up the sun and just the edge. And I'm like, Yes. Let's book it now. He's like, I'm working on my calendar too. And I'm like, yes, let's do this. So, yeah, that's already in the plans for next year. But know this, you are not alone. In this, you're never going to be alone. As long as you look for support, or mentor. I'm just like you. Everything I've done is started at 00 sales. So your offers zero followers, zero people on my list. Everything I've done is had to build that up. And I had to decide, okay, am I gonna market my business like I do for my clients? Or am I just gonna sit here? And hope it all happens, right? So I want you to think about that. When you think about what are you doing to market your business? How are you showing up? How are you attracting and becoming your own lead magnet, right? Attracting leads yourself so that you have the opportunity to turn those leads into sales. So that you can build confidence in you and what you do, so that you can build confidence in others that watch you. I went so much for you. And maybe I don't know who you are that you're listening. I wrote on my content tonight. Like, I create content for lurkers too. If you're just a listener and you never reached out to me, that's okay. Okay, I appreciate you. And I believe in you. And I know anyone with good intentions and their business and learning to make something of their life. I believe in you. And that's where I'm going to leave this because I feel like that just says enough for you to keep moving forward, knowing that it's all going to have It's all gonna come through.
