It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. Oh, it's been just one of those funky days, you know, like things happen, you don't expect to happen. And it's okay. Because obviously, nothing ever goes as planned. If you ever figured that out. Like do you guys remember like how big of dreams we had for the year 2020. And how we were all like talking about 2020 vision. And all of these amazing things. It's a new decade, and we had like all these big like plans and dreams and expectations of 2020. And I'm pretty sure it probably disappointed almost everyone, it ended up being a good year, revenue wise for my company. But you know, I'm pretty sure most people did not enjoy being quarantined. There were moments that it didn't bother me. And then there are moments where like, I need alone time, right? So But anyhow, things don't ever go the way that we plan, right. And that's okay. Because it's kind of like when I've talked about being consistent, if we are consistent, and maybe we don't get to do all of the things that we want. One day, it's not a big deal, because we've been so consistent moving forward. So I have not gotten my videos in for today I did all my short term or short form content that I wanted to get done. But I have not done any of my Facebook Lives except in my inner circle group, which is a new priority for me because it's something that I always wanted to do. And I've loved when my mentors are able to come in live and give us mindset or tips or things like that. And it's just been one of my favorite things. And being part of a mastermind. So I you know, it's kind of like, what works for me and what feels good to me, I want to give back. Right. And so that was a priority of mine today to go live in there. We talked a lot about mindset. And, you know, the day is technically not over, I could still do lives on YouTube, and LinkedIn and Tik Tok and all those places, and we'll see if it happens. But worst case scenario, I'll just do two tomorrow, it's really not that big of a deal. Because I've done 10 And a day. That's a big deal. To today. That's nothing. But today's been really focused on making my accountant happy and closing up bugs for 2021. So she doesn't fire me. Because I am probably the biggest pain in the butt client. When it comes to finances. Like I cannot stand finances, I used to avoid them before I got an accountant. And literally, I would start doing my taxes about mid September because I would always file an extension. Because it just makes me so anxious. And I don't know if you've heard my story, but one of the reasons it makes me so anxious is because about the time that my father in law passed away, we were also getting audited. And it was not a good situation. Right? Like nobody wants to be audited. So that was a lot of fun. So since that moment, I I hate having deductions. I hate doing it. So because it always makes me a nervous wreck. Because in the audit, we were always like question about everything. And so it just brings up a lot of triggers for me. And so this is totally me being vulnerable, and honest with you that it's just not a fun thing for me. I like tracking the revenue. I don't like dealing with the rest of it. So I am so glad that I hired Christine Breckinridge to handle all of my accounting, because I don't ever have a desire to do that, again, ever on my own. So it does at least take some stress off of me but I still have to go through my books each month and I'm really bad about that. And I need to keep better receipts and find things and do things in the moment versus going back behind. But that's all on me. So anyhow, today, again has been an opportunity. We have our visible inner circle calls on Wednesday. either 90 minutes, and it today was so good, and so much fun. And I got to show them a framework that I learned from a friend of mine, for Tic Toc, and short form video and how I implemented it, how I did it, how I don't need trending sounds, and all the things. And it was just so much fun to be able to share that. That knowledge and that framework that I got from a really good digital marketer, friend of mine, and be able to implement that. So that was like a really, really good call. And I just enjoy doing that. And I love the strategy and framework side of things. I love getting deeper with my inner circle, I have two programs. One is Omni, which is a membership program. We talk about the how tos, we talked about that. But visible the inner circle is truly the deeper deep strategy and strategy is my baby strategy is my passion strategy is what makes me light up when I get to get on a call with somebody and do a full knockout a full strategy for them, whether it's a 30 day, 60 day 90 Day strategy, that just lights me up because the possibilities are endless. And sometimes we implement them together. And sometimes they implement them themselves. But just having that strategy and knowing the path they're gonna go on is huge for a business owner, especially somebody who doesn't have a marketing team or doesn't have a social media person, or maybe they just have some VA doing their social media, but they don't, they never really worked with a real strategist. And that's like so important to have that strategy to have that plan versus posting and post and having a true proven plan to help your business grow and making sure that all those marketing pieces are fitting together. Because yeah, I may be social media strategy. But at the end of the day, I'm a marketing strategist. Because I do more than social media, I do more than email marketing, I do more than SMS marketing, I do more than video marketing, right, I do all of the pieces, and they get to fit together to work together collectively. So at the end of the day, what do we want, we want more leads that we can convert into sales. So that is my goal with every client is to convert those leads are going to get those leads into they can convert them to cells. So anyhow, so that has been a lot of my day, I prepare for our calls for about probably an hour to 90 minutes, just to make sure that I'm giving them all that I can give them to pour into them. Because you know, an inner circle is a big deal. An inner circle is, collectively a really strong community that supports each other, but they're also there to learn from me, and I'm there to help them succeed. And then tomorrow, I get to spend time with three of our members, because at the nine month mark, round the 910 month mark, we do what we call a small group VIP day. So it's a very small group, a typically less than four is what I prefer. And I really get the opportunity to pour into them. And to we get to work on their business and knock out tasks that, you know, they've not been do that maybe they need to do this just been on their nagging to do list, and content creation, strategy, all of those things. So that is always fun. When you get a more intimate setting with any group, I feel like it's always more fun, you can learn more about each other. And, and I just get to pour it into them on a smaller group basis, which is always amazing. So I'm excited about that. So it's going to take a lot of my time tomorrow. So my strategy is, obviously to get as much done tonight, because I need to get an email out tomorrow that's on my goal list. So I'm going to do as much as I can tonight to make sure that I'm setting myself up for success tomorrow. And then I'll have all my morning time to get stuff done as well skipping my workout tomorrow. Love you, Renee, I'm coming Friday, for at least that's my goal. And so that I am still being my word to myself, right? And still getting the things done that I want to get done. So that is how today went mindset wise, I was really good today. I freaked out this morning just because some free thing happened. personally to me, just by body, which was really unexpected, without going into too much TMI detail. But other than that, like it's been a really, really good day. I'm about to go out with a client for a strategy dinner, which is always great to be able to have some personal time and some strategy time together and really help them grow their business as well. And really just a visibility report, and what that has looked like because I feel like so many times we go on a sprint, and I'm calling it you know, it's a seven figure sprint, and that's the program I'm in. But it's not about the money, right? It's about the visibility. It's about the lead generation, it's about how many people can I support and help. And all of those things, to me are more important than the dollar amount. Because here's the thing, if I'm consistent in my visibility, if I'm consistent with my strategy, if I'm consistent with doing the 25 things daily, almost every day, right? If I'm consistent with that, then many will come. I'm not worried about that. So I want to focus on helping one person at a time, focus on doing one video at a time and focus on getting those dailies done. And I know like I said the results will happen. So I don't know if you have a plan or not for the new year or if you've started thinking about your marketing dailies and what you want to do, but I highly suggest that you get those nailed down, start with three things, build on it as you go through the year. But start with three things that you feel like you can be pretty consistent with and see what results you see after 30 days after 60 days after 90 days. And like I said, you can start building on that after you've done three things. What is it six weeks makes a habit. So after you've done or 21 days, makes a habit, whatever it is. So after you've done three things successfully for that many days, then add on another thing. And then again, go another habit, whether it's six weeks, or whether it's 21 days, or whatever it's called. Once you do it again, right then add on another thing to keep building on that as you move forward so that you don't feel behind you don't feel like you're missing out and you feel like oh my god, I'm getting so consistent with this. I know I can add on one more thing and it's not going to take a lot off my plate. So have an amazing rest of your evening.
