It's November 2022, is not over yet. So ready to move. It doesn't mean we can't take a break. And yesterday was a lot of prepping. And today I'm not going to be honest as a lot of prepping to getting client work out of the way and completed and done. So that I'm not like having to work on that every single day. So I can focus on my new 25 daily tasks. Yes, I know that's insane, right. But one of the things that I know to uplevel, right, if I want a different outcome from 2021, then I have to do things differently, which means I have to 10x Probably what I was doing that was successful, right? And if you're thinking like 25 dailies are you insane, kind of. But here's the thing, if you've never been consistent with even three things daily, I want you to focus on three things daily, right? And then build on that I didn't start out saying oh, I'm just gonna do 25 things, and I've not been consistent. For months. No, I was already consistent with things. I just knew I get to uplevel those. So make sure that you're writing that list down. Give yourself some grace. One of the things my mentor told me in Hawaii was, let's not put this in a place of shame, right? Am I always gonna get 25 things done? No, no, I'm not. I'm not I'm gonna give myself grace when I don't. But I'm also given myself like, if I want to create tic TOCs every day, right? I'm gonna give myself a goal of 1231 is it you know, pretty achievable, right, three, depending on the day, and the workload could be a little bit harder. But I'm giving myself that grace. So one is great. One is the minimum I want to get done, but three will be amazing. And some days, I may make them maybe five or 10, right? We just don't know. So when time permits, I'll do more. And when it doesn't, I won't break. And so I've broken everything down in my list to dailies. I and those are Monday through Friday, and I am absolutely allowed to do them on the weekends if I want. But I'm again giving myself that grace. If I'm so consistent Monday through Friday, that consistency will carry over to the weekend. It's not like I'm gonna be hiding on Saturday and Sunday. I have weekly commitments that I want to accomplish like two YouTube videos and emailing my list twice. And two tick tock lives, right, like those are the types of things that I'm going to do weekly. And then I have a monthly and so I have it all broken down of what I get to work on in a daily basis, a weekly basis and a monthly basis. I had a great amazing if you have not connected with her make sure you do. Brittany Dixon is an Asana expert, Guru whisperer. I don't know what you want to call her. But she's amazing. And I did have a VIP day with her a couple of days ago. And we really reworked my Asana so that it doesn't stress me out. I go in there that it's way more organized. It makes more sense to my brain. It is like I feel like I'm learning a new platform, even though I've been using it for five years, just because it looks so different to me now. But that's okay, I get to work on that. And the dailies are there and I love checkboxes, how many people live check boxes, raise your hand, even though I can't see you. I love being able to check things off. And so to me, that is going to be huge because I get to check things off. And in Asana, I don't know if you've ever seen this if you've worked in Asana, little unicorns and all kinds of cute things fly across the screen, and you check them off. So it makes you feel really good. It's like a little celebration. And so I'm really excited to use that to implement my dailies, as I'm in 2022, will I continue to do the 25 things after sprint? I don't know. We'll see how it goes. I think the more I do it, and the more consistent I am with it, the easier it's going to get and it's become like second nature and I'm not going to need to check it off. It's going to almost feel like I'm naked when I don't do it. But we'll see and a lot of those 25 things are repurposing one thing that I've already done. So it's all building on one thing. And so remember that as well, which is so important when we create daily habits that we want to continue to work on. So I hope this helps you hope to serve you hope to support you.
