If you're listening to this live tomorrow, we start ignite your visibility on the gram. And I wanted to talk a little bit about why Instagram, why it has been a priority for me lately. And what I see on the gram. Number one, I have to say I love a platform that's not going to go down without a fight. We, even though we've all complained about algorithm changes and things like that on Facebook, and the platform's Instagram is really trying to keep the user experience that the user wants, for example, to we remember when Instagram said they were going to an all video platform, they got enough feedback from the user community, they're like, Okay, we can't do this. Like we want to compete with Tik Tok. But we have photographers, we have people who are very visual that don't want to do video necessarily on this platform. And so they found a way to not go all video right. And again, listen to their members listen to the people that are using the actual platform, which I think is huge. And anytime that a platform is trying to or they're actually listening to their users and that user experience, I think it's very huge. I feel like they're also pulling out all the stops that compete with tick tock, while at the same time listening to users. So obviously, realz is a huge thing on Instagram. And we we know that reels can get us in front of other people's audiences, we're on Facebook, it's really hard reels can help you now to on Facebook, but it's always been really hard. If I have this business page, how can I grow this business page, because the only people are gonna see it are a very small percentage, that the algorithm allows of people that already follow me, right, unless I do a lot of video. And it gets seen in the Facebook watch, which hasn't been around that long either. So once that algorithm shifted years ago, it's always been hard to grow that without paid ads. I do believe there are multiple ways to be visible on Instagram. And I cannot wait to teach the strategy and tactics behind that. But let's just for instance, let's go with we have stories, right? We have stories to nurture our audience, we have the feed posts, to really educate and show our users or our followers who we are. And we use that to create more raving fans, right? The reels opportunity to grow our audiences. We have hashtags which can increase our visibility if they're because they're searchable, Instagrams also way more searchable than it used to be, again, increasing our visibility. We can do videos, we can do lives on Instagram, we can do carousels, which means we keep somebody on a post a lot longer. Again, the actual visibility opportunities are very vast when it comes to this platform. There are multiple ways to search what you want on Instagram, again, the content is searchable. You can do hashtags, which are searchable. So again, other ways to be found or findable like Myron golden says, I personally feel and everybody's feed is going to look different, right? Because we also still have an algorithm on Instagram, but I feel like there are less user distractions on Instagram. Hence, we don't have groups on Instagram, we don't have a bench on Instagram, we don't have all of these things. So technically, you might have an ad here and there. But I feel like visually on Instagram, you have to really pay attention to notice it's an ad we're on Facebook, you know, that's an ad, right? It's just a different vibe. I think there are multiple ways for your content to be seen and for you to be found, again, by those not following you. hints, Rails hints, video content, hints, hashtag usage, all of those things are really important on Instagram. I think there are also ways to strengthen the relationship with the with the followers that already follow you, right? We have stories for that we stories isn't typically going to find new people for you, but it's going to nurture the people that you already have. I personally think it's the easiest platform to share the stories Facebook is clunky. I don't even know if you can share the stories like from your feed on tick tock because I've never even attempted it. I normally just post repurpose stuff from Instagram on my tick tock stories. And then I think again, it has the best story user experience, the polls, the questions, the visualization, the way that you can change things all of that is just amazing. Also being able to add my own stickers to the platform that other people can use. It helps brand me and helps me show up and other people was content, again, super, super huge. And the last thing I'll say about Instagram is that the numbers don't matter. My account with over 10,000 was just not getting the reach. It was just not there. And sure everybody thought I was crazy when I left this over 10,000 follower count. But to be honest with you, it was totally vanity and an add, I could see that whenever he's like, Are you sure? Like, why would you do that? You work so hard and blah, blah, blah. And I'm like, Yeah, but doesn't matter how hard I worked and how many people were following me if I'm not getting the engagement, if people aren't seeing the content and the stories, like, you know, when you have 10,000 followers, and 20 people are seeing your stories do that math, that percentage is so low, right? Then I go to a brand new, a brand new Instagram, and boom, I have all of these people in my stories, the numbers are higher, and the percentages are definitely higher. And it's it's like, but there's also twofold, right? Like, my content has also gotten better, it will continue to improve every single day of my life, as long as I'm putting out content and working to improve that it's gonna get better. And so I'm going to attract different people. But with Instagram, I think there are so many places that we're missing the mark. I think there's so many places with content, how we show up our bio, our Lincoln bio, the capabilities of Instagram are insane. And we get to maximize that more 48% of my traffic. I am consistent on every single platform, Facebook, YouTube, tik, Tok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and 48% of my traffic is going or is coming from Instagram. To me that says something that me that says I have people who are interested in what I have to offer on Instagram. And so I am missing the mark if I am not focusing more on that platform to grow it, to nurture it, and to help you do the same
