We say we are all in.
We say we are going to do this.
But are we committed?  Through the good and bad?  Through the richer and poorer? Through the sickness and health? Are you committed no matter what or ONLY if things are going good in that moment?

Let's talk about commitment. A lot of the times you're talking about consistency, which is important, but we don't always talk about commitment. And I think as a business owner, we get to, number one, be committed to what we're doing, who we're serving, who we are supporting, and also who we are paying. And here is why. One reason that I love talking about the word commitment is because if I'm about to have a launch, or if I'm selling something, I am committed, we this is like a marriage, right? Like I am saying yes to this offer. It it means that I am in it, in sickness and in health, for good, or for worse, or what is it good or for worse, good or for bad? I don't know, something like that. But for richer for poor, right, so no matter what that offer is doing, I am sticking with that offer through the end, whatever I said, meaning that I'm committed if nobody buys in earlybird, I'm still committed if nobody buys and pre sell. And I'm still committed, no matter what happens in the full price of the product. So many times we give up. When sales don't happen in day one, or we talk about it three times. We're like, Why didn't nobody buy? Right? The reality is that we get to be committed and believe in that thing, like we would a spouse that we are committing to we wouldn't get up and say, Yes, I'll marry you. But only if you these things happen, right? That's not what we're saying. That's not what we're saying to our offer. It's a we get to say vows, and be committed to the offers that we have, we get to be committed to our business. Our business is not going to be sunshine and rainbows every single minute of the day, we are going to see ups and downs, we are going to have days we want to quit we're going to have days, where it feels like nothing is working. And the people who stay in business are the people who work through that, who deal with it. Understand that not every day is rainbows. Not every day is sunshine. There are bad days, there are rainy days and all of those things above. The question is, are you acknowledging that yourself? Or are you only in business pending? The good days? Now the good days can absolutely be amazing. And it's part of that circumstantial power, right? So are we allowing the good days to lead us? Or are we allowing every day to come at us? And we're taking it in stride? So we get to be committed to it? All right. The next thing? Are you committed to your people? Do your people make you want to jump out of bed in the morning to help transform their lives in whatever way shape or form that that is? And if you sell a product a lot of times, even like in skincare and beauty, like maybe you feel like your life, your product isn't life changing. But if it gives somebody more confidence than they have now, is that not life changing? Right? The same thing with marketing, you know, I used to have a really hard time correlating marketing to changing lives. But if I help them market their business better, they're seen more, they show up more, they have more confidence, the number one win number two, that will increase their cells, which increases their lifestyle, right? It increases what what they can buy what they can do with that money. You know, transformation number two, so there's multiple transformations that I can figure out. And you can probably do that too. If you sit down and look at if you zoom out instead of zooming in. So you do make a difference in people's lives. We just got to figure out what that looks like and how to basically spend that to ourselves, right. The next thing is, is that a lot of people aren't committed to mentors, right. So we joined a program. And let's also let's also add, we're also not committed to what we pay for. So we join a program and we're like, err, you know, or we don't do our part. And I see so many people wanting to blame it on coaches. Well, let me tell you a story. I had a coach, and I hired her for a certain amount of time. And I realized after three months, I was complete. I was done. I didn't I didn't need to talk to her anymore, but I wasn't not going to pay her. Does that make sense? I was complete. I got what I needed. And I continued to show up for the calls. And I continued to pick because I made a commitment of six months. I was my word. I have had people not pay me. And I continue to be my word. Even not getting paid, which is a boundary issue that I get to work on. That's That's what I get to work on. But I do want to say that, you know, there's something to be said about that. The other thing is, is that we buy programs, sometimes like toilet paper, and they sit there and we're not doing them. Well. What are you going to get out of that? Be committed to what you buy, I realized I did this with the $1,000 program last year. I was like, wait a minute, I, I am not being my word. I purchased that $1,000 program, and I have not done it yet. It was about four months later, but he did the entire program in a weekend. That was supposed to be a couple weeks long, right? So it's just we're is your commitment. Because when we aren't committed, things just don't come through, right? When we're not committed, we're not as excited. When we aren't as committed. We're just not committed, right. And nobody wants to be in a relationship where the other person isn't committed. So it's a two way street, right? Like you create this offer, that you get to be committed, and implement and take action and all that stuff, too. You get to buy this thing. And instead of just throwing it to the side, you get to be committed and invest your time, not only your money, right, but invest your time. I want you to try for the rest of 2023 or 2022, for sure, but even into 2023 How can we be more committed? You know, one of my coaches said this, and she was so right. Like I would rather someone take their time to make a decision to work with me. Because if they took the time, and this is what I did with my mastermind that I was in for four years, it took me six months to make the decision. But once I made the decision, I was like and I knew I wanted it that whole six months, I was just it was a lot of fear raves a lot of fear. And once I made that decision, I was committed. I was all in. And I think with any split second decision, like today, in one second, you can change the whole trajectory of your life by making a decision and being committed to it. But the question is, are you willing to do that? Back in 2021, when I decided to do 200 Live videos? Yes, it was a lot of consistency. It was a lot of uncomfortableness. But I had to be committed, I would have never made it through, which I didn't know I think 205 or 215, something like that. I would have never made it through. Had I not been committed, the commitment got to be there. The decision then the commitment, which helped fuel the consistency. So where do we get to be more committed? Where do we get to be more in it, right, like saying yes, and all in and invested? I will say that the people that are in my programs and have been committed and have been consistent and have shown up and have been there the whole time. They're always going to get rewarded more. And it's not that it's like, oh, Chris, he's giving them things. No, it's because they are committed. It is the whole mindset of I have been here since the beginning. I'm consistent. I've never missed a payment. I show up. Not all the time, but I show up when I can. And that commitment. There's nothing that can beat that commitment. There's nothing that can beat that consistency. There's nothing that can be that connection that you have with the committed thing, the thing that you are committed to just like your spouse. Just like paying your mortgage, whatever it is, you've made commitment to things and you've said yes, and you're all in and you were your word. We have to find ways that we can improve that in our business.
