I want you to do me a favor. And I want you to please stop saying that you aren't good at this thing. I hear a lot. I'm not good at being consistent. I am not good at creating content, I'm not good at launching, I'm not good at selling, I'm not good at closing. I'm not good at blah, blah, blah. What do we think our result is going to be? If we continuously say those words, or if we think those words, our results are not going to be what we want them to be right, our results are going to be the thing that we're focused on. And doing Tony Robbins a week ago, like, truly what we focus on gross. So if I continuously say, I'm not good at sales, I'm not good at launching, I'm not good at content. We're going to put that out in everything that we put out. Like even when we're doing it, we're going through the motions, because we really don't think that we're good at it. And I want you to ask yourself this, how can we change that narrative? How can we change what we're putting out into the world, if you don't think you're good at something, there's a couple things that I found. Number one, I don't think I'm good at things that I don't enjoy. Number two, I don't think I'm good at things that I don't know how to do it, the way that I should do it, or a way that works with my brain. For example, when I first started working with clients, a lot of clients loved Trello, they use Trello. And so I had to use Trello, right? I hated Trello. Trello reminds me of a bulletin board of the grocery store until the age of myself, that has like especially like a mom and pop grocery store that has all these, like notes pin to it. And it's just messy and confusing. Now most people don't see that when they see Trello. But I do write that then what I find Asana six, seven years ago, and my life is changed forever. Now, if we do Asana board, up against the Trello board, there's really not that much difference. But Asana works with my brain. Trello doesn't, right. And I think that's what we get to remind ourselves, there are multiple ways to launch there are multiple ways to sell, there are multiple ways to put a new product out there, there are multiple, multiple ways to create content, I have sought since 2018, probably 10 different ways to create content. The reason why is because there's different ways that work for everybody. And I've also evolved, I've also learned how to do better. And I've also improved on my own content. But I've also, you know, I think I am a content creation expert. But that doesn't mean if I saw somebody that I admired, and I love their content, that I wouldn't take their content course. Of course I would. Because there's always something even if there's one little takeaway, that makes my content point 00 1% Better, am I bettering myself 100%. So I think I am the bomb at content, I think about the bomb doing other people's content. But that does not mean I will ever stop bettering myself in that in that way, right? It's like, you've got to think about the people going to the Olympics, they are the best of the best. But that doesn't mean they stop trying. They don't stop improving. They don't stop, they don't stop working on themselves, right. And it's the same thing with us as a business owner. I feel like compared to last year, Mike, my content is better. My launching is better. My cells are better, like how I do all these things are better. They works with my brain and actually love how I do it now. This morning, I saw somebody I admired having a lunch program and I'm about to sell my second lunch program. And I'm like, I just want to see what they're doing. What are they doing? I want to learn more. Like, does it work for me? Maybe not. But I still teach launching in a way that that worked for me in the past works for me now. And also launched I was I don't even like because if I do not teach my people, the variety of ways I'm doing them a disservice. My way is not the only way. Her ways not the only way. And the way you're doing things that you absolutely hate and Lowe's right now is not the only way. You get to pre frame that we get to change our perspective on that. And we get to change how we are doing the things that we're doing that we don't like doing, or we don't feel like that we're good at doing because if you keep doing the thing over and over and over you hate doing it or you don't like doing it or you don't feel good about it. What's the definition of doing the same thing over and over expecting different results is called insanity. Also, if you don't enjoy it, your audience knows if you don't like it, your audience knows if you hate it, your audience knows they don't know, oh, she hates this but they feel off and they're not connected to your messaging. So in my mind, I will always uplevel my content And I will always uplevel my visibility, I will operate always up level, my sell strategy. And I will always be up leveling my launch strategy. Those are the four things that make my business go around. So my question is, are you doing the same in your business? Are you okay? With status quo? And thinking this is just the way it is Crissy. It's just the way it is. I'm just not good at this. Or are you willing to change raising my hand that you can't see right now? I hated watching the beginning of 2022. January 2022, I launched a second bomb launch, it was awful. But I had a bomb launch a launch that bombed in, I need to rephrase it that a launch that bombed in December. So I carried that energy to January, I couldn't get away from it. And then I met somebody in February, that changed my life changed how I think about sales and lodging that nobody had ever given me and told me before, and it rocked my world. Like for real, it rocked my world. It worked with my brain, and I'm like, nobody has ever told me this. And it changed my life. Was that$3,000 program worth it? 100 freakin percent. Yes, it was. Do I regret that $3,000 purchase? Nope. Absolutely do not. That's purchase ever. And I will continue to do to again, again again. Because I will never put myself back in that situation where I feel stuck, where I feel like I can't improve and where I feel like it's the same old story Why do it again. That is why I consistently launch. I have my launch program coming up next. We're in stream stack and scale right now. We're all do content every once in a while as well because we get to continuously uplevel what we do and what we put out in the world. You always get to improve. You always get to be up leveling. You always get to be even if it's point 00 1% Getting better. You are a business owner who is running for the Olympics, my friend. You are competing with so much noise. The question is, are you willing to uplevel the things that you feel like you can improve on or that you don't like or that you hate? Because we can reframe it all. And you can hate something today and fall in love with it tomorrow.
