On this episode of The Monday minute, here is my advice for you, my friend. Be your voice. Stand up for what you believe in, when things drive you crazy in the online world when things drive you crazy, because you see so many people not living up to their potential, talk about it. You never know who is listening in that moment that you just want to like, scream, because you're so passionate about whatever it is that you're seeing that you're so frustrated that people aren't doing, talk about it. Maybe that's the message they need to hear. Maybe they're just waiting on somebody to give them some tough love, or lovingly tough love, whatever you want to call it. I have just been so fired up because of entrepreneurs not making money. And I'm not okay with it. And I that's all I talked about last week. That's all I talked about. And I want you to feel the same way. If you're in health and fitness and you're tired of seeing people not take care of themselves, talk about it. If you're tired of seeing people have lack of confidence, talk about it. Fire it up, when your passion is on fire, don't hide. Don't call a friend and talk about it. Talk about it. Pick up your phone, open the voice memo and start talking about it. Pick up your phone, put on the record button, press the record button and go plays record. Pick up your phone. Go live whatever you need to do. But stop hiding. Stop pretending that it's just gonna get better if you don't talk about it, talk about it, talk about it, talk about it, talk about it. There's a song talk coop that if I normally don't sing on my bike guys, especially when I gotta cold. But this is your Monday minute to like give you some motivation to go out there and talk about what's driving you crazy. Whatever it is, somebody needs to hear your message message. Do not hold your passion back. Do not hold your love for your future people back. Stop holding back. Share it with the world right now. And then make sure you tag me because I want to hear it too.
