Today we're going to talk about momentum in our programs. How are we creating momentum in our programs? Okay, well, I'm gonna tell you right now, number one, we create momentum in our programs, by embodying everything we teach, not by just teaching, because it's fun, and I know stuff. But teaching because we do stuff, we show the actions, we show up in the way that we're teaching others to show up, or we do the things that we're, you know, teaching others to do. Let's say, for example, you're a health and fitness coach, but you literally do nothing that you teach, right, that's still out of alignment. And that's totally not embodying what you do. So I want you to think, as whatever your expertise, expertise is, are you showing up in that way inside of your programs? Are you showing up that way, so that your clients and your customers can truly like almost model what you're doing, right? Like, they don't have to do it exactly the way that you do it, but they're seeing you show up and so much alignment, not only is it going to help you show up in front of them and teach them in that way, because you're already embodying everything you do. But also, it's going to help you sell everything that you do, because you literally are doing you're walking the walk, right, you're not just talking about it, you're literally going in, day in and day out, and you're doing the consistent actions that you're telling everybody else to do and whatever it is that you sell. So creating momentum in your programs, and attracting other people into your programs is easy. Because it all starts with you. Just like everything else we've talked about, it starts with us going first, it's going to be really hard to stand in integrity and and stand in alignment and to say that you embody something if you do not. But if you show up in a way that you teach, if you are you teach in a way that you show up, if you get results from the things that you're doing, those are your qualifications, my friend, whether it's results for yourself or results for your clients, but walking the walk is huge. I'll never forget, like trying to teach something years ago that I just knew, I have done a little bit, but I really haven't gotten results from it. And it felt really young and authentic. And I know that the more that I do something, the more I embody something, the more results I get, which is the more qualifications that I have. I just taught a launch program because I launched 15 times and 12 months, 15 times in 12 months, or 17 times 17 times in 15 months, right. That's how I embody something that's how I'm able to teach. That's how I'm able to share my my the good times the bad times. I know how you feel. I know what happens when you feel like a failure. I know what happens when you feel like a flop. I know what happens when you feel like you've got to have a breakthrough or you've had to break down and you want to have this breakthrough. And how do you get through this? How do you get through it when you're not making sales? I could not help people if I had not been through this 17 times in 15 months, right? It's huge. So the question is are you embodying? Are you walking the walk? Are you doing all the things that my friend is going to create momentum in your programs and how you sell your program?
