We all have limits. We all have a capacity when it comes to growing our business, but sometimes we don't know that we are capped out until it gets lighter. You are the CEO which means you get to control, change your mind, delete, add and expand whatever feels in alignment with you.

I've always been the type of person that feels that no matter what happens, I'll figure it out. And that has been true in containers. Limiting content, not limiting containers. You know, one of the things I hear people say a lot is I'm, I'm afraid of success. And I've always been like, Okay, if I, what's the worst thing that can happen? Like, you get too many people in a container, like, you'll figure it out, right? You'll figure it out, you'll hire more people. And while I do think that is true, I do think that energetically there is a limit, there is a capacity problem, if we are not very careful. Let me explain. I, the previous version of me, who was okay, working 80 hour weeks, could take on 20 clients, now I had a little bit of help, don't get me wrong. But still, that's, that's a lot of work. If you're thinking I'm doing for at least five, sometimes seven pieces of content a week per client times 20, well, you do the math, that's a lot of content a week, times, times, you know, four weeks. So that's a lot of content a month. And at some point, it just, you aren't your best version of yourself, you're not putting out the best work, you're just exhausted. And I lived like that for so long that I honestly didn't know I didn't. Like I didn't know I wasn't at my being my best self. And it's kinda like one of those things like, Oh, I didn't realize I was missing this much energy until I started eating better, and you know, moving my body. And it's the same thing with being a workaholic, or overworking or whatever you want to call it. You don't realize it until you're in a different space. And so when I realized that, at the beginning of 2022, I was like, dang, I'm no longer working like I was, just feels really, really good. I'm going to travel more. And it just felt good. And now that I know what the two differences are, and I felt both I know which one I want to keep. And in order to keep that I get to watch my capacity, my I had to look at my calendar and make sure I'm not overfilling it. Now, this week is a little heavier than normal. But I have 11, nine or nine, one on one calls this week. And three, one on one calls next week for momentum. But that's not normal. It's not an every week thing. So it's not a big deal. And actually, these calls are really energizing me. However, when I started, when I put out a post or an email, I can't even remember and I said there were nine spots left. I messaged my friend, Megan, my accountability partner, and I said I can't take nine more people. This is a lie. And she was like what I said, I can't do this many more calls. This is a lot of calls. Like I mean, not only am I doing the first initial call, which would be the longest call I'm doing a mid week or mid eight week check in and an end of eight week call, just like what's next? What do you feel like, you know, what, well, what can we improve on like, just kind of give them next steps at the end of a week. So they're not just like Sia. And I didn't decide this at the beginning, I decided this like a week or two ago that this was happening. And it just felt aligned and I go with what feels aligned, but the number didn't feel aligned. And it was funny because I did this little training and kind of like I always use myself as example I will always be vulnerable and share I was like I keep saying nine but I won't sell more than two. Because I know I'm not going to put the energy into selling nine spots when I can only handle two more. That means I'm going to show up different that means much talk about a different because nine does not no longer sounds exciting. Two more sounds exciting. And so I was telling one of my one on one clients that and she was like I want in and I think we forget like how people in my inner circle tells me this all the time where we're in person like thank you for keeping it small and intimate and I forget you know, I I am not going to lie. I like small and intimate containers. But also as a mentor. I want to make sure that I'm there for the people that that are that are investing in me, right? I want to make sure that if half of them are having amazing celebrations, and half of them are like, not happy, like I want to figure out like, like, I want to be there for both, both emotions both sell, you know, the celebration and the times that when times are tough, like, I want to be there for all of that. And it's funny because I used to say, I don't want any more kids, because I feel like I don't like I would have to split my time between, you know, they would get less of me, I guess is what I is what my thought process was. But acknowledging that was hard, because it would be easier to just say not admit, right, that that was the truth and keep trying to fill nine spots, even if it didn't feel good. Because that's what I said, and I want to be my word, but it's my business. I want you to remember this, it is your business, you can change containers. I'm not saying everybody's gonna like it. I'm not I'm not saying that at all. But you can change containers, you can drop things in containers and add things. I mean, I did that last year, when I said, let's have a quarterly in person event versus an hour and a half call every week. So we're going to drop our calls to an hour. And and you know, sometimes I feel like when they're, I mean, if it needed to go over an hour, I would go over an hour. But sometimes I feel like it's 90 minutes, and we're trying to fill 90 minutes. And I don't want to force anything. And I don't want to waste anybody's time. So it just made sense. It just made sense. So I have not always grown my business this way. I used to think that you had to have like 50 to 100 people, and a mastermind. And so that's what I that's what I strived for. But he never got over 25 which makes a lot of sense, because I really didn't want it. I really didn't want it. Now there are containers that I am okay, having more numbers in it. And obviously Omni VIP is okay being a huge community because they there's not as much proximity to me and one on one access. So therefore I can handle that more. And if this momentum eight weeks would have been just a regular mastermind, 20 people and it would have been fine. Because I would have got on the call once a week answered questions in Telegram, and that would have been it. But when you add in three calls, I mean, three times 10 is 20. Or sorry, three times 10 is 30. But if I would have done 20 people that would have been 60 calls and eight weeks, and that's a lot of calls. A lot of calls doable. Could I do it 100%. If anybody gives me the challenge, I would do it. But energetically capacity wise, do I want to do it? No, I don't. Not at all, like not even 15. But I'm willing to do 12 or 13? Like, times whatever that is. What is that? 45? No, I don't know. Let's just say math in the morning is not my forte, what is that? So right now we're at 12. So that's 36 calls, okay, super doable. And even at 13. Again, 39 cost super doable, I can do that, that feels really good. That feels really aligned. Just not 60. Like that's 20 more calls. And I never want to give people what's left of me. I want to give them the best of me. And so in order to do that, I get to set boundaries, I get to do things that light me up, I get to pour into myself, I get to create self care for me, I get to take care of my health and, and wellness. Because that is the only way that I can give not only my home life, right? My husband, my kids, but also my work life, right? I if I'm not working on being the best version of myself, how can I give that to others? So I want you to think about things when you ask for things. And I know that coaches have always said this to me. You'll never get more than you can handle. So meaning if you want 100 people in a container, but you only get 10 It's because you technically can only handle 10. And, you know, I've always had coaches say like what if 1000 People wanted to sign up for your program right now? Could you handle it? Some of them? Probably yeah, but not a mastermind? No, no way. I don't want it 100 People in it. That doesn't even make sense to me. It doesn't feel good to me. So I want you to really think about your containers like what can you really handle? And if you're like well, I wanted 10 But only got one. Okay, celebrate that one. Go all in on that one and that one will turn to two and that too will turn to four. It takes time to grow. It takes time to market it takes It takes time to position yourself. But take the capacity of what you have now. And work on improving your systems, your processes, your onboarding, your customer experience all of those things. So that when you're ready for more, you're able to take on more if it aligns with your calendar and your capacity
