Who is ready for the start of a new month . Whether you're listening this live or we're about to start another month , i want you to think about all of the amazing things that you did in this past month , like what are some of the things that even blew your own mind that you accomplished ? Most of the time when it comes to having goals and it's always like the big prize at the end , but we forget about the little moments in the journey that make us who we are . We forget about the little moments in the journey when we literally don't wanna keep going because we're not getting the results that we want and we choose the hard thing and we choose radical responsibility and we move forward anyhow . We forget about the moments that turn our lives upside down , but we don't see it in the moment . We don't see the moments that create true transformation and the moments that truly help us get to our next level . We wanna use numbers like I went viral or I hit 10K , or I hit 20K , or I hit 30K or I hit 40K months as our goal that we hit or our level that we made it , but those things are not what constitutes that we've made it , our personal growth , how much we've grown from yesterday , a month ago , a year ago . That is truly what brings change . That is truly what brings transformation . That is how we evolve .

So , as you're reflecting on this month and all that you've accomplished and all that you've went through , and all that you've overcome , and all the breakthroughs that you've had after the breakdowns , i want you to remember these moments because , yes , hitting the goals are exhilarating and exciting , but , again , the growth that you bring to the table at the end of every single month , that's what really matters . So , as you reflect , think about the things that you wanna continue doing the next month And , in the same token , reflect on the things that you don't wanna do in the following month . What content really got your audience excited ? What programs lit your audience up ? What things lit you up ? What lessons did you learn ? How can we be a better version of ourselves in the next 30 days ?

Transformation , evolution are all beautiful things and it's amazing how much can happen in a 30 day period . The more we acknowledge , the more we realize , the more things that we realize we need to work on , or we get to work on , and understanding that failure isn't failure , it's truly growth . That's how you quantum leap . That's how you experience major growth over a 30 day period . So my question is what was the biggest thing that you learned over the last 30 days And what are you taking with you into the next 30 days ? That's how you reflect on a month and you prepare for the next one .
