Since it is the first of the month , let's talk about new beginnings . And here's the thing this first of the month if you're listening to this live happens to be on a Thursday , right . But even if you want to start on the 23rd of a month and it happens to be on a Thursday , you do not have to wait for a Monday , you do not have to wait for a new month , you do not have to wait for a new year . I think it is the biggest misnomer that we have to wait for this thing , to create this bigger event , when literally , we can decide right now , in this moment , that I am changing . I had a really lack of momentum when I got sick before I went on vacation . Then I was on vacation , then I got sick on the way home from vacation And it was just like this whole lack mindset of I can't do anything , i don't feel good , all I want to do is lay on my couch , And it was like as soon as I felt better , i got to decide am I waiting until the momentum program starts , that I am asking people to join , or do I lead first and I go first ? And I think a lot of times again , we are waiting for something , and even if we can't afford the thing that we want to do right , even if we can't afford the program like we want to do , if we want , like , for example , let's say , we really need help with health and fitness , but we know we can't afford that yet , right ? Does that mean you can't start walking ? Does that mean you can't start stretching ? Does that mean you can't start drinking more water ? No , those things are all available to you and you know what to do , right ? So even if you do not have all the tools available to you in your hands that you think that you need , you can still start making progress .

So what do you think about that ? Where do you need a new beginning ? Where do you need a fresh start ? Where do you need to bring excitement in your life , in your business ? It could be as simple as decluttering a room . It could be as simple as making the decision today that I'm gonna play bigger every single day . It could be as simple as I'm gonna set a KPI for the next 30 days and I am gonna do this many live videos . I'm gonna do this many reels . I'm gonna do this many stories . I'm gonna send out this many emails .

It is so in your control what you're gonna do with this fresh start , and you never know what this fresh start can do for you , for your business , what can come out of it . And instead of feeling stuck , instead of feeling stagnant there's nothing really happening , make a decision to change it right now . Literally , i don't care when you're listening to this . Make a decision right now in your head . I want you to think what are you gonna do ? Don't overthink it . Just what are you gonna do .

Say it out loud . You say it out loud . Are you gonna tag me ? Are you gonna message me ? Are you gonna share with me ? Because I cannot wait to hear . We talk ourselves out of so many things because of our indecisiveness and we wanna overthink everything . Make the decision , own it and then just do it . You can always renegotiate . Starting is the hardest part And the best time to start is when we make the decision , that split second decision , when we're really being our word to ourself And we say this is the craziest thing I've ever done , but I'm gonna do it . And five , four , three , two , one go . I cannot wait to hear what you're doing , what this fresh start looks like and how I can serve and support you in the process .
