Yesterday, I had quite the lesson in personal power while teaching a live Zoom session on the topic for Next Level You. I spent an hour going through the training without any feedback or comments from participants, only to discover at the end that my chat was broken. Yesterday , in the first Next Level U , i was teaching about personal power and we did it live on a Zoom . There were people there live and it was a lesson in personal power , to say the least . So I go through this hour training . There's no feedback , nobody's commenting . I'm asking questions and I just keep going and assuming like , oh , they're just saying , they're just like listening , they'll go back and listen . You know , it's not a big deal . And at the end , when I'm like , i'm like , well , so there's no questions , and one of my momentum members says , chrissy , are you not seeing the chat ? And I was like there's nothing in my chat . And they're like , yes , there is , your chat's broken . And I'm like , cool , i feel so bad , i'm so sorry , but the reason that I'm telling you this is because I was teaching about personal power .

I was teaching about standing in your power , not needing validation , not needing people to ask you questions , not needing all these things . And then it happened to me Okay , if I would have been like y'all aren't even you have no questions , like what's wrong with you , like if I kept like saying stuff like that , that would have been my ego talking right , and so it was a very good lesson in personal power . Even though I was getting messages that didn't know it And I did , i was able to read them , which is really crazy . On the download when zoom downloads a download a chat to the meeting chat And it was all there , which is really weird . But anyhow , i think that we get to remember that when we teach things , when we share things , when we embody things , that sometimes we get to show up and embody it right . We get to show up and show that , oh , i really am right , standing in my personal power .

I'm just not teaching you this , i'm just not preaching this to you , i'm actually walking the walk and I'm doing the thing , and I think that is one of the most powerful things . Can you stand in your power ? Can you walk the walk Even when no one's looking , even when you don't know the chat's broken , even when you're not getting validation ? Can you do what you say you love , what you say is important to you and what you say you're passionate about ?
