Welcome to today's Monday Minute episode . So welcome to the show , danielle LaRose . And today's question is what has helped you most as an entrepreneur Like to become an entrepreneur , to grow as an entrepreneur what has served and supported you the most ?

Okay , so I do think that this is a loaded question because there's like a million things , but I'm gonna take it down to the P's . I don't know why it just is working for me today .

So I'm gonna say that personal development , first and foremost .

Before I got started in the journey of entrepreneurship , which I didn't even think that was a thing for me , That wasn't my plan . But then I started reading personal development and it completely shifted my mindset of how to work with people , how , like shifting the mindset around sales and visibility and all of the things . So personal development for me I feel like if that would have never , ever happened , if I would have never picked up the book , never listened to the podcast , never attended the events , like if I wouldn't have done that , I don't think that I would still be here today . I think that is first and foremost And I find when I like am going through the days and I start feeling in a funk , I'm like why ?

so weird . Today , or like it's been a couple of days , i'm like , oh my gosh , like I haven't read my personal development , i haven't listened to the podcast , so that's just the like . One main thing , which I think has led to the other two P's that I wanted to share , is that purpose and passion , i think is what personal development has allowed me to , like , get into the right mindset , to know that I was put here for a purpose . And so for me , i think , like for my business and all other entrepreneurs , like I just think that , no matter what , if you have that purpose and that passion in your soul of why you're here , what you wanna serve , how you wanna support people , how you wanna change the world , whatever , like , i think that is what fuels us .

When we are in a situation where we're like , oh my gosh , i don't wanna show up on social media , i don't feel confident , i don't right , it always comes back to that okay , but why am I doing this ? Who is this for ? What's the purpose , what's the passion , then we grab our personal development book and we start reading and we're like , okay , i can do this , because , just like you , chrissy , always preach , is that our mindset is everything . And so when we can have that mindset of what do I need in this moment from personal development , and then how can I pursue that purpose and passion , the other , the negative thoughts , the negative mindset , the I can't do this , i don't know how to do this , starts to go away a little bit and we come back to okay , but I can do this because I know what I'm doing this for . So I think that's what's helped me the most .
