If you've been following along at all , you know that on Saturday we started a challenge . Now , i have never started a challenge on a Saturday , but I am . If I'm going to do a 31 day challenge for the entire month of July , then I am kind of like I have to go with what the calendar says . So when I did the Saturday start , i had no idea what would happen . I thought maybe we might have crickets , but I honestly , was blown away because the amount of participation that has happened since Saturday has blown my mind . The amount of people blowing their own minds , but also the power of what they've already seen in showing up and what it can do for you .

I believe when we stretch ourselves , we are always going to get some type of result . Now , does it always mean money ? Does it always mean itself ? No , no , it doesn't . But when I look at growth , the growth that I've had from pushing and stretching myself and challenging myself that , my friends , is priceless . No one can take that away from me ever , because that is growth that I would have never gotten had I chose to stop , had I chose to not push myself , and I wrote a post today , and I think this is really , really crucial to understand that we have the freedom to stay comfortable , to be warm and fuzzy and feel good and safe all the time .

In my last business that's where I was at I was in love with my comfort zone and refused to get out of it , and so when I started this business and I realized that things sometimes could feel a little stagnant , i was like how can I change this up ? What can I do differently ? And I know it always starts with me right And , yes , i challenge myself a lot on my own , don't get me wrong . But something about the month of July and this being our third annual year doing it like there's just something magical about that . Year one , i did it by myself . Year two and or sorry , year one was 2020 . Year two was 2021 , we did it with others . 2022 , we did it with others , and then this year obviously we're doing it . So it's our third year doing it together . It's my fourth year actually challenge myself , so I think that's important to note . I have never regretted it . Ever Have I seen the fruits of my labor in the month of July Sometimes . Sometimes it takes another month , sometimes it takes 90 days , but it doesn't stop me because I believe in the power of stretching yourself . You know , i started this challenge on a Saturday , didn't know who was going to show up or what was going to happen . While I took my daughter to Taylor Swift also , i was going out of town , so everything was against me , but I still did it . I still did two live videos before we walked out of the door by 8 o'clock on 8 am on Saturday morning . Over the weekend , 10 additional sales came in for the Just One Thing challenge And I think that again , had I not chosen to put myself out there , had I not chosen to push myself , had I not chosen to go ahead and started on a Saturday , versus saying , oh , let's just , let's wait till after the holidays , let's wait till after the weekend and start on July 5th . No , i wanted to start on July 1st And I did , and I reaped the rewards from it .

So I want you to ask yourself where are you holding yourself back ? Where are you not pushing yourself ? Where are you not stretching yourself ? There is so much power in just that one little extra step , in that one extra post , in that extra video , in that extra story , in that extra putting your heart out there and sharing why you love and you're so passionate about what you do with your audience . If you don't , you don't have to join my challenge to do this . You can do this on your own . But where are you not pushing and stretching yourself and challenging yourself to see what's possible ? Because if you don't do it , you have no idea what's possible And I don't want that for you . I know the blessings that have came from me pushing myself And I know there are blessings out there for you too , if you're just willing to take a chance , if you're just willing to say yes , if you're willing to stretch yourself and do the scary thing .

I do so many scary things all the time . It's not that I'm scared . I'm scared to get on every video . I have no idea what I'm going to say , if I'm going to screw up , if I'm going to say the wrong thing every single time And it's funny because I even said this to somebody in a podcast interview recently . Like I always used to be like whatever when movies or sorry singers said when I get on stage , i'm always nervous before I go .

I believe that now , because I've been there , like most people think , there's no way you're an introvert . There's no way My passion over rules , my introverted don't want to be the center of attention nature , but what can you do ? Where can you push yourself ? One more little inch mill , an inch millisecond , where You know where you get to push yourself , you know where you need to stretch yourself , you know if you need a community or accountability to do this if you can't do it on your own . You are in control of your comfort zone And whether I'm going to stay here or I'm going to push through it , i'm all for cheering you on to push through it , because nothing amazing and exciting and magical has ever happened in my comfort zone ever . However , when I push myself and I push through the fear and I decide to take courage over letting fear stop me , that's when it happens , my friend . So when are you going to push yourself ? Where are you going to push yourself ? Where are you going to challenge yourself ? Are you going to do it in the month of July ? Are you going to allow every day to feel like the same and just assume that ? just keep putting out the robotic content and the posting to post and all that is going to serve you ? It's not . Why are you an entrepreneur ? Because you wanted to be different . You wanted to push yourself . You wanted to see what was possible . So , challenge yourself and never stop .

I've done some crazy challenges . I don't recommend all of them , but I will say when I ask myself can I just do one more ? Can I post about this one more time ? Can I get vulnerable today ? Can I get deep with my audience today ? Can I post one more email this week ? Can I really just give one more piece of value this week ? I've never regretted it , ever , and my guess is you won't either . So when are you challenging yourself ? How are you challenging yourself ?
