Today's episode is sponsored by Tracy Miller, host of the Crazy Good Mom podcast, whose mission is to see and support the women who are raising the next generation of parents. Tracy's biggest accomplishments include her 30-year marriage, raising five amazing adults and being a grandma. Invitation to connect with Tracy in the show notes. You wouldn't believe how often we each struggle with imposter syndrome, that we each experience limiting beliefs, that we each feel that I'm just not good enough or that I suck at something, and I think that I used to think that only I experienced this, even though I knew other people did. But I didn't think that people who had and I'm gonna do air quotes here, because you guys know how I feel about this who have made it right or have achieved success felt that way, and it's funny that I found that the more mentors that I've had, the more they are experiencing something very, very similar, and so I think it's important to note that we all have some pretty powerful minds right. They can literally make us believe that we can do anything, Like anything is possible, but in the same thought, we can also make ourselves believe that we can't do anything, we can't do anything right and we should totally just give up and quit, and I am one of those people and give yourself grace if you're one of these people too, but I just need a little bit more minds at work than most people. And I realized about a year and a half ago how fast I went into what we call lack. Right, I went really fast into lack, meaning I was always you know what I'm missing, what's not there, versus more abundance thought process of what is there and what is available to me.

And even though I'm saying I can't do anything, right, what's the truth, what's the real story? I talked about this in the past, but like really creating this BS journal of the opposite of all the BS stuff, because I don't want you writing down the BS stuff, I want you writing down the truth when your brain comes up with a BS thought, I want you writing down an actual truth that you know. For example, I can't do anything, right, Okay, but just yesterday you like killed that live video. Yesterday you got a 30% open rate on your email. Two weeks ago you hit some number you'd never hit before on something Like how can you say that? Right? So it's all about finding the truth, finding the real story.

I think sometimes that it's hard for others to see and believe that I have feelings like they do, but I totally do Like we all feel like this at some point and I think sometimes it just feels really good to know that you're not alone. And I would never say that I'm a mindset coach. I weave mindset and the things that go with it in every single thing that I do, because I know how powerfully it has supported me. But I am, however, going to be a lifelong mindset student and I encourage everyone to get on board to be one too.
