Today, we'll discuss the unusual tactics I’ve implemented which may not necessarily be universally applicable but have worked wonders for me. On today's Monday Minute we are going to talk about contradictions. Okay, so there are so many things in my business that I do that I don't necessarily recommend everyone else to, and let's talk about them. First of all, I launch at minimum once a month. Do I think, realistically, that everyone should be launching every single month? Absolutely not. The reason that I do it number one is to show myself that I can do it and to show myself and others what's possible. I also love watching my mentors launch every single month. Do I think there are some businesses that could absolutely be launching every month 100%? But once you get good at one really good thing, right. So I launched my inner circle for nine months before I added anything else in there. I got really good at launching that three times over the nine month period and then I went on to the next thing. So I am able to do multiple things because of the work that I've done. Also, I'm visible on every platform. I don't do it because I think you should be visible on every platform you can be, but I do it to show again myself and my audience and my clients what's possible.
Speaker 1I sell every single day. I don't do it because I think you should sell every single day, but I do think you're a business and you are more than capable and absolutely it's possible to sell every single day, right? And I do it to consistently test my raving fan base, which tells me what strategy I get to pull from next right. If I have a lot of sales, I'm doing really good on creating raving fans. If I don't, then okay, something's got to give. I got some work to do, right. So I love again watching my mentors sell every single day. It's fascinating to me, it doesn't exhaust me and it always gives me so many freaking ideas. But if you don't want to sell every day, don't sell every day. I create about 10 to 20 pieces of content every single day on a variety of platforms. I don't do it because I think you should create 10 to 20 pieces of content. I do it because I want to see what happens. I want to see the strategy that I can create and what happens when I put that strategy out there. I also love pouring into my audience and giving them so much value.
Speaker 1I also run creative ad campaigns paid ads. I don't do it because I think everyone should have a paid ad strategy, although it's a great strategy. I do it to test what I'm doing in front of a larger audience then I can organically reach a loan but also to support my paid ad clients with their strategies. I also invest really heavily into my growth and money not just money and I don't do it because I expect you to invest that much back into me or to match my dollar amount with any other mentor. I do it to show myself what's possible and I believe there is a constant ripple effect that feeds into my clients when I up level myself. I also study and reverse engineer so many success stories out there and I don't do this to copy what they're doing. I do it because I want to understand how and why it's working for them. I don't necessarily think that that exact strategy will work for everyone, but I want to know why it's working for them, and the same strategy may not work for me and I, and it's fine, and I still want to understand it. It's like I'm not Taylor Swift, but I do love reverse engineering and really looking at her marketing strategy, I think it's fascinating. I think there's a lot that we can learn from it as business owners.
Speaker 1The other thing is that I may tell you to do something that I absolutely no longer do myself.
Speaker 1That does not mean I'm contradicting myself.
Speaker 1It's just that I know what works for my business and I know that there are a variety of businesses that should be doing different things.
Speaker 1I've worked with multiple different businesses through my career, and strategy is not black and white. It is definitely not a one size fits all kind of roadmap Otherwise we'd all be millionaires but I've been doing this since 2016. And there are some things that I see work really, really well that would not work in my specific business and also, if you're not as visible as I am, there may be a different strategy that I want to give you to up level your visibility in a different way. So there are a lot of contradictions there. Just because I do something doesn't mean I expect you, or that it's even in your business design or goals to do the things that I do, and that is the beautiful thing about being a business owner we can do totally different things and still create the success that we want in our business. What are you looking for, what kind of success are you going to create, and how can I help you get there?
