Improving Business Strategies and Personal Development
Speaker 1There is this crazy phenomenon that I see entrepreneurs and business owners, ceos whatever we want to call ourselves go through. It is this Our end in ultimate goal in business is to have a successful business. Most people relate success to the amount of money they are bringing in or the amount of customers or clients that they are attracting. Can we agree that ideally, you want to at least be going in an upward motion every single month, increasing something, even if it's by a dollar, even if it's by a person? I'm sure you probably want more than that, but I'm just going to give this for context here. We want to increase. We want to always be improving.
Speaker 1However, I have a tough love question for you. The question is when was the last time you actually did some work to improve that? Not meaning that you don't work, that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying when was the last time that you actually did something to improve yourself strategy? When was the last time you did something to improve your client attraction strategy? When was the last time you did something to improve launching? When was the last time you did something to improve your client experience?
Speaker 1There are so many things that we get to work on and I know, sometimes it can be overwhelming because it's like, okay, I'm a business owner, right? Ceo, entrepreneur, whatever I'm going to call myself and I need to work on myself because we know owning a business is the biggest, largest personal development journey you will ever. Freaking. Go on that. You may have not quite asked for in the moment, right, but that's just the way it is. So we want to make sales correct, we want to increase I'm assuming our followers. I'm not really big on vanity metrics, but most people want to increase their email list, most people want to increase these things, but we're not doing anything different. We're not improving our strategies. We're also not working on the personal power side. That keeps us so attached. Right, for working on the personal power, we're much more detached, but most of us are so attached to the results that we bring in and we give ourselves a value to those results, or and or lack thereof results, right. And so it becomes this constant cycle. It becomes this I'm not attracting raving fans, I'm not making sales, so therefore I suck. Therefore my prices are too high, or we make this story up. Whatever it is, it can change, right, and it's this constant cycle. And so when I originally created the sold out AF framework. It was all about how to sell every single day, because that's what I do every single day.
Speaker 1I sell Somewhere in the online space. You can find me selling, except for like a 24 hour period that I wasn't on stories. And here's the thing when I'm not selling, I'm not making sales. It's this crazy thing. The answer may be no. The answer may be I don't want what she has to offer. But guess what the answer is if you don't offer anything, it's always no right.
Speaker 1There's a rare breed and there are people that go seek out and find everything that you sell. It's a beautiful thing. I've had it happen when somebody finds me. They follow me on every platform, they've recommended my podcast, they've started making purchases from either my highlights or my like the Visibility Queen page, and it's just this beautiful thing.
Speaker 1But that's not everyone. We are doing our audience a disservice. Two ways we're doing our audience a disservice. Number one, when we throw up a link and basically it's like you're on your own kid. Go figure out what it is and if you want it. And number two, when we don't say anything.
Speaker 1Right, I had a moment in my business where I absolutely loathed selling, but then I got to a place that it doesn't feel like selling anymore. I'm inviting you to the next thing. I'm sharing with you how you can work with me in a closer proximity. It is your decision and your choice always to say yes or no to that, to scroll by or to say yes. And so when I created this sold out AF framework, I actually taught it to my inner circle this summer and I was gonna do just the program in November, just the sold out AF framework. And then I was like it gets to be more. It gets to be more. I've taught sales inside of Ignite your Launch to sell and scale, but we get to do more. We get to do more. There gets to be more because I can give you all the content strategies in the world to sell every single day.
Speaker 1However, if this and all these things, this personal power, isn't all working together, it's not going to serve you. And so tonight is the last night that I'm offering an early bird and then it's gonna increase in price. It doesn't start until November. But also, if you do not have raving fans already, this is not going to necessarily be an overnight process for you, right? It's going to take a while. So I'm not gonna lead you on and say go by the Solaf framework so that you can sell every single day and make sales left and right, because if you don't have a raving fan base, that's going to haunt you.
Speaker 1Raving fans is this month's program. We're about a fourth of the way through. Most of the videos are gonna be dropped there and we're doing live every once in a while. But it is more fun doing it together. So I believe, first of all I'm not even gonna lie I believe all my programs can be very. They can change your life if you do the work and if you apply the teachings. Otherwise I wouldn't be teaching them because I was about to say, oh my gosh. But also there's iconic and I got so many great reviews out of iconic and people have watched the videos five times over because it just hit them so hard, whereas iconic is very personal development and a little bit of tactical and strategy. Raving fans is pretty much 90% strategy, right, and the SolDOT AF framework will be a huge combination of both. It'll be 50-50, it'll be strategy and it will be a lot of energetics and personal development, because we need all of it.
