I have two ways that I love starting out a video. Number one, it's very convicted, very. and lot of emotions and feelings on what I have to say. Like I'm really, really feeling it. And so when I'm on video and I'm convicted, feel pulled and meaning that something is pulling the information out of me. And other times when I start a video, I am very grounded, meaning that I set with myself and I'm really tapping into not what I'm going to say, but what people need to hear. And I love both of these dualities because the energies are so different. And today I'm coming to you from a place of being very grounded, being very cognizant of what women need to hear in this moment. And, you know, a lot of times I will say, I'm so tired of seeing women, blah, blah, blah. And that's not going to change because I am tired of seeing women feel like that they're always in competition, feel like that they're in a category with tons of other people, or they're in an industry where there's so much competition. And to be honest with you, when you show up in the way that you were meant to show up, when you decide that you are who you are meant to be, there is absolutely no category or industry that can hold you that can contain you because it doesn't make sense you don't fit you don't fit the mold you don't fit the description And the more that we can acknowledge that instead of running from it, the more that we're going to attract. the people that we desire, the people we're meant to serve and support, the people that we're meant to help. I'm running a program coming up soon called The One. And one of the main reasons that I created this program was because most women look at their marketing, look at their content that they got to beat somebody else. They got to, you know, get ahead of somebody else. They got to price their services, you know, because somebody else has theirs done this way and they got to come up with a catchier name or grab more attention. And when you think about showing up that way, it's very exhausting. because you constantly feel like you need to one-up someone or mini someones. Whereas the only person that you should ever worry about one-upping is yourself. And we do that by first understanding exactly who we are, understanding and owning that we are the one. We are in a category that doesn't even make sense. So no one else can even be in it. that we are the one for a certain select group of people. We're not the one for everyone. and also owning that we are the one that leads ourself, we go first before we can ever expect anybody else to follow or be attracted or be magnetized by what we're doing. And so I challenge you to think about this a little differently. Instead of wondering what other people are doing or wondering how they're doing it, focus on you. Focus on your growth. Focus on your drive. Focus on what's pulling you. Just like I talked about that conviction. The conviction is very, it pulls you. It pulls you in the direction that you need to go. It leads the way. And if you're sitting there thinking, there's no way I'm a category in my own Chrissy, let me explain. I believe that God created every single one of us to be unique, to have unique gifts, to be different, have different experiences. have different knowledge, have different results, have different stories. and we all know things in a different way. We all have experiences with things in a different way. We all have different strategies. We all have different beliefs and values behind them for a reason. Our businesses are as unique as the thumb prints that we all have, that we're all different, right? None of us have the same. And so I challenge you to start shifting your thinking in this way, to start shifting your belief in this way. So many people are copying people's content on social media or copying anything that they do really. But can you really copy someone that you can't fully embody? We always joke, I've made it, right? When someone copies you or someone creates a fake account that, you know, with your picture, but they can never truly embody you. They can never truly be you. And here's the other kicker. If you are constantly evolving and you are constantly growing and improving and I, you know, I, I, this is why I love working with entrepreneurs because they're so invested in getting better every single day. Not that you need fixed, but they want and they strive to be a better person every single day in learning, in knowledge, in in the way to do things. And the inner work, the shadow work, the emotional intelligence growing constantly. You know, I always said, like people used to trigger me on social media. And so my first first response was unfollow block. Now when I get triggered on social media, I'm like, why is this triggering me? Why does this bother me so bad? Like, can I move on? Can I shake it off? Do I need to ask myself some harder questions? That's growth. And also seeing things on social media that used to trigger me adult anymore is also growth. I can laugh at it now. So you are a category all your own. Now, whether you've decided to own that, whether you've decided to show up like that, whether you've decided to be that, that is a whole different story. But I know that's what's inside because that's what God does. That's how he made us. And who's gonna argue with him? Not me. So why are you trying to conform and be like everybody else? Why are you trying to do things the way everybody else is doing them? You we have this saying in business specifically strategy, every strategy works. Every strategy works. If you show up like it works, if you believe it works. But most of us are all looking for the next magic pill, the next easy thing. Our brains love easy by the way. It's not your fault. It's our brains fault. They love the quick tricks, the things that are going to be quick dopamine hits. But when you're the one, the algorithm can't contain you. The industries can't contain you. The people that try to put you in a box can't contain you. And so it's this beautiful evolution. And so while you're constantly growing, I think that's what I was talking about a minute ago and got distracted. But when you're constantly growing and evolving. Those people can copy you all they want. They're never gonna come close to touching who you really are and embodying who you really are because you don't stop. You don't stop, you're evolving. You're in this category all by yourself. You are the one and you continuously evolve and grow and guess what the next best thing is? You take people with you. You create this movement of people who want and desire to be in your world. Have I convinced you that you're in a category all on your own? Have I convinced you that I don't convince people very much, right? This is one of the things I talk about. I'm not here to convince you to buy this, but I am here if you're not on board with this to challenge your thinking more so than convince that you're not in a sea of sameness. You're not in a in a newsfeed of competition. You truly are here to empower and lift up that other woman because I don't care if you have the same business name. I don't care if you sell the same widget. I don't care if your name is really similar. You're not the same. You're not the same. and the sooner and the faster that we can own that uniqueness, that authenticness, authenticity of us. the more you're gonna see that and you're gonna start stepping into your own category and owning it. Because to be, I'll be honest, like, of course there are millions of coaches in the world. Different types of coaches, sure. but I had this thought when I was driving to the visible inner circle, we had a accelerator a couple of weeks ago and I was, I had this thought I was driving and I was like, you know, I don't even know that I always resonate with the word coach. Yes, I have certification, but it's so much more than that. And I started thinking about how I shifted my branding from the visibility queen to the visible CEO. And I started playing with the letter CEO. Obviously I know what CEO stands for. I started playing with the letters like I wanted to be something different. And so I came up with connected experiences overflow because connected experiences create overflow. And the more that we are connected and in an empowering collaborating way versus feeling like I got to like get up ahead of you. I got to like get more views than you. got to you know go faster than you. I got to post more than you. I got a blah blah blah. When we're in that mindset, you're always gonna feel like you're trying to catch up. You're gonna always feel like you're not the one because the one doesn't need to do that. You're in a category all alone. Who are you trying to catch up with? You are exactly where you're meant to be. And also you get to keep growing and evolving to get where you wanna go. And that's a beautiful thing. I'm super excited to announce this program called The One and I will drop all of the information because I know it's going to serve and support so many people.
