I know what you're thinking to yourself right now. The only way, the only way to get visible is by being loud, is by doing crazy things to get people's attention. Let me create a reframe right now. This is furthest from the truth. It's the furthest from the truth. You absolutely do not have to jump up and down, dance, scream, be the loudest person in the room to create visibility. I am an introvert. Most people don't believe that, but most successful entrepreneurs, CEOs are actually introverts, my friends. So visibility doesn't have to be loud. It doesn't have to look like you're being on all the time, that you live on social media. You can grow an engaged audience, attract aligned clients, and build demand without performing. or doing things that aren't you, oversharing, draining your nervous system, like quiet content can convert. It does not need to be loud. I am gonna tell you what it does need to be though, because when it's intentional, when it's specific, and when it's rooted in who you're actually called to serve, that's when quiet content isn't quite so quiet, right? So when we think of visibility, we don't always think that it's for introverts. But it really is because visibility doesn't need to be loud. doesn't need to be high energy. Yes, there are moments that I have higher energy than others. It doesn't need to be constant because that belief actually is keeping you as an introvert or maybe an overwhelmed entrepreneur stuck or maybe even silent and hiding. Visibility is also not volume. Yes, I will preach this forever. Consistency does matter, right? But you don't need to be consistent like multiple times a day. It really is like this precision, this clarity, this consistency backed with massive conviction, right? We talk about this inside of the Omni program because it's really about developing this visibility system that fits you, that works harder than you do. and fits you in your personality, but also in your season because we all have different seasons where things are going on. And I never wanna force someone to be in like one type of mold. And the great thing is, is that my system works for whether it's a high energy season or it's a low energy season, to be honest with you, because visibility is not more. It is all about depth and meaning, right? Clarity. Your people don't necessarily need more content from you. Again, let me preface back to say, if you're not consistent, then yes they do, but they need to feel more connected to you. You can actually back off and slow down, but you've got to be consistent at the beginning, right? That's one thing. Yes. Can we 10 X results if we show up more 100 % at the beginning, but we create a foundation of consistency and then If we don't wanna show up as much, we can. But most of us aren't creating the foundation of consistency or we're creating a foundation of consistency that's not based in clarity and specificity and the things that our audience needs to know that we are speaking to them. So when it comes to this type of content, we want to create content that people feel like we're in their head. And this is really about Speaking to one moment one feeling or one belief shift versus I'm gonna teach you the 50 ways to get visible today like They've cut out after 10, right? We want to be so specific So I want you to think of one specific truth For your person right now, maybe it's one sentence It's it's a truth that your person hasn't said out loud it's their surface level problem most likely but you deep down know the real problem. In Omni, we really get specific on this because again, in order to create a visibility system that works harder than you do, it has to be so specific. It's not broad advice. It's content that meets your person at a precise moment in their journey. And because we know them inside and out, we know our person, right? They cannot deny the things that we're saying. They feel like we know them better than they know themselves. There are gonna be days where visibility is gonna be not as visible, meaning your face, right? And this is why I love visibility because yes, the fastest way, and I'm just gonna say this right here, this is my belief, this is the hill that I will die on, but the fastest way to become visible and to create connection and to create trust and create safety with your person, right, is your face on camera, hands down, nothing can supersede that. However, I don't want you to live there and I want you to diversify your content because some people like to read, some people like to watch, some people like to be entertained or have um like for reels and some people just like to flip through a carousel and read the step by steps, right? We wanna create content for all of those people. So we can have quiet. or content right that is not always our face in a short written post that helps them reframe a belief or a story that really just like it mirrors whatever their internal dialogue keeps saying to them over and over and over or a carousel or static posts a static post is just like an image with like one meaningful idea that they can go implement and have a massive quick win by doing it. And so when we can create those multiple types of formats, we're not relying on video alone or it takes our video content to the next level. When we can create depth in our content, again, it builds trust faster than anything else. And it doesn't matter whether it's a podcast, doesn't matter whether it's an email, it doesn't matter if it's a small live with a Q &A. that you're doing on your feed or in your private group. Because people convert when they feel seen. And when you build that intimacy with your audience, with your person, they feel again, she knows me better than I know myself. She's speaking my language. I desire to be in this container. I desire to have this. I desire to know more. I desire to learn from her. So we want our audience to feel seen. Every time I get very vulnerable with my audience and I go deep into the places that I've been and the places that I thought would take me out from my business, right? That's the connection. It's the conviction. It's the vulnerability. It's the value that's even in that. But it all comes from the depth of my heart and how much I love what I do and how much I really want people to succeed. I really want them to stop hiding the offers that they have. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you that an hour video is gonna do better than five minutes, because that's not true. It may. But if your audience doesn't have an hour, but they have five minutes, and they're not gonna ever watch the hour because that seems like a really long time, doesn't matter, right? So want you to think of one way that you are not getting as deep with your person as you could. And when you say they're struggling with, right? I want you to ask yourself, but why? answer that question, type it out. Don't go ask Chachi BT, get deep with it. And then after you answer that, I want you to say, but why again? And I want you to peel back the layers of the onion until you have the most knowledge about your person that no one, no one knows your person better than you do. I want you to think of that one person that you would love to work with. You can see her or him. And I want you to think about the moment that they're in right now. And I want you to think about the belief that they hold. And what's the decision right now that they're wrestling with that you know if they worked with you, if they bought your product, if they purchased your offer, if they allowed you to do their services, whatever that is. how to change their life. And if that person heard this today. would I want her to know, or him, that they feel seen, that they feel supported, and even better, more confident to take the next step. Because it's gonna remove all the pressure and build the confidence that this is my next step. One of the things that I love doing in Omni is because we're so close to our businesses and we've got to do that why example, right? That why, we had to peel back those onions, the layers of the onion. And when we do our assessments inside of Omni, this is one of the things that I love because you literally do the work, right? And then I give you feedback on it. Like, this isn't specific enough. We can go deeper on this. Let's go deeper. On your own, you'll this is good enough. I know my person. Most of us don't know them as well as we think we do. And most of us can be doing work to refine that. I talked about that in the last episode of the podcast. Like how can we refine? We don't need to shout. We don't need to be louder. Yes, there are some things that we do strategically to grab people in, to hook them in, but we don't need to scream at them. Hey, look at me. We don't need to do that. We don't need a new personality to be visible, especially if we want it to convert. Quiet can also be powerful when it's intentional, when it is so clear who you're speaking to and directed towards that right person. Where do you get to work on this? Where are you not converting in your content? where are you putting out the video content every single day, but it's so far from being intentional, it's more checking a box and it's not converting because it's not deep enough, it's not clear enough, it's not specific enough and the layers of the onion have not been pulled back enough. I challenge you to get deeper on this. I challenge you to challenge yourself. And I'm going to tell you, it's not the sexy work friends, but the more I do this and the more I get to know my person and the more I peel back the layers, the more I know them, the more I can support them, and the more success they're able to have because of that. I challenge you today to sit down and really work on this. If you spend 10 minutes on it, that's 10 minutes than most people. Don't just wait to figure out who they are. Do the work. Do the research. Talk to people. Talk to your people. Find out more. And I guarantee you, you'll start seeing your content shift when you put it in there, and you'll start seeing your audience shift as well. And that's what I want for all of you.
