The Visibility Impact Show: Marketing & Growth for Women Entrepreneurs
Evolving Beyond What You've Done So Far... Even Disappointing Results
What happened in 2025 does not get to define what is possible for you moving forward. Using an unexpected lesson from Dancing With the Stars, a 20 year old show that became one of the hottest shows on TV again, this episode is a reminder that reinvention is not about starting over. It is about evolving on purpose.
If you have been carrying disappointment, frustration, burnout, or the quiet belief that you should be further along by now, this episode will challenge that narrative. One year is data, not destiny. And relevance is something you create, not something you age out of.
This episode is for women entrepreneurs, coaches, and business owners who feel like last year did not reflect their effort, their talent, or their potential and are ready to recommit to visibility with intention instead of pressure.

I want to know, do you love the results that you got in 2025? Yes, if you're listening to this live, we're not quite at the end of the year and you know, I believe we go strong all the way through. However, sometimes I hear disappointment, frustration, burnout, or I thought it would be further by now. And I want to reframe this for you. So when we look at longevity, It's not about starting over. It's about evolving on purpose. It's about reinventing ourselves every single possible opportunity we can. Sometimes that may be a couple times a year. Sometimes that may feel like every single week. But the one thing that we want to remember that as a business, if we are not Number one, having fun ourselves, right? If we are not enjoying the process ourselves, we're going to have a really hard time attracting other people to what we are doing. We're also going to have a really hard time keeping it exciting, grabbing attention. And the more fun I have creating content, the more fun I have in my business, the more people want to be a part of what I'm doing. And so I want you to remember that as you go through what's left of this year, what's coming in the next year, or really re-listen to this any time you need a reset. So many women are quietly assuming that their last year defined whatever their selling could be. And that is a dangerous belief. And here's why. Because you think if it didn't work then it's never gonna work or it's not gonna work now. Why try? Why keep going? Blah, blah, blah, blah. Right? But one year is simply a data point. And the thing that I love doing is first of all, look back and Realize yes, there are there are outside factors that I cannot control right there are things that happen that I cannot control But what can I control that I did not do my best at where can I improve because it always starts with me, right? I Am my problem. I am also my solution so Where was I the problem in? 2025 and where can I be the solution and We want to remember that this is something we get to constantly consistently be reminding ourselves, right? It's not just about, I did really good one month. Okay, well, why did you do really good that one month? Like, look at that, reflect on that, talk about that. I find it fascinating that we think we are too far gone. We think we don't have another opportunity. We think our best is behind us or is never gonna happen or whatever it is that we tell ourselves. But I find it fascinating that Dancing with the Stars, a 20 year old show came back with a vengeance this year because they did things better than they had done them before. A 20 year old show was literally the hottest show on TV, 20 years old, right? And they almost got like this spring in their step. And so I want to challenge you to think about this, right? Dancing with the Stars, been on 20 years, kind of was like, wah, wah, wah, right? Not the greatest, getting the best ratings and all that stuff. And they turned it around by understanding the cultural moment that they were in. If most people are on social media and not watching TV, then how do we get people to watch our show? We pull in the biggest social media superstars, right? and we make a 20 year old show, one of the hottest TV shows again. We don't just decide that this is our, know, we've been around for 20 years, we're ho-hum, let's just keep it that way. No, let's keep reinventing ourselves, right? And that's what they did. So they went from stars, which we think of as celebrities, which they did have celebrities on there, to also social media stars, people who were influencers, people who had really set the stage, right? From their... social media accounts, whether it was TikTok or Instagram or YouTube. It was a combination. And it really changed the game for them. And that reminds us that the first thing is that social media is still relevant. It still works because it took all of those followers from those people and increase their ratings. All of those, all of the people had, I would say, either close or at a million on one of the platforms, right? And what happened was they all can congruently created growth, right? Because maybe you were a secret lives of Mormon wives fan, right? But you'd never heard of Dylan Efron. I was about to Zach Efron. Dylan Efron, who is his brother. Like I didn't even know he had a brother, right? I didn't even know about him. And maybe you start following him or maybe you knew about like Steve Irwin, but didn't necessarily know about his son. then you're like, oh my gosh, that family is just such an amazing family. I'm gonna follow them too, just to support them, right? So they collectively all increase their following. Not only them, but so did the pros, so did the judges. Like everybody grew the season and they capitalize on it because they all were doing and creating more content than they ever have on any season. Let that sink in a second. So if Dancing with the Stars, a 20 year old show can reinvent itself, so can you. The show didn't try to become something it wasn't. It modernized without abandoning, right? Abandoning its core identity. It respected the legacy it had created while courting a new audience. Like this is huge, right? And it stayed visible. To this day, they're still going back and showing stuff as far as visibility. They posted all of those, what do they call them? The finales, right? The freestyle dances. and they're all still getting so many views. So we get to remind ourselves that reinvention doesn't mean we erase our past. It means updating how our value is experienced and seen in the online space, right? And there is a myth that you get to bust. You are not too late. So stop saying, I am too late. I already tried that. I've tried everything. Do not ever tell me you've tried everything because you don't want to hear my response on that, okay? Because I haven't even tried everything. No one has tried everything. My audience is tired of me. I should be further by now. Okay. Shift it. Because most people quit right before that consistency compounds. If you've ever read the Think and Grow Rich book, I'm gonna totally botch this story. But there is a story about a guy was digging for gold, right? And he got frustrated. He'd spent all of his money. He wasn't gonna go any further. And he literally just sold everything. He was three feet away from being, I think it was a multimillionaire, three feet away. That's all they had to dig. So they got the best investment of their life, right? Because they only had to dig three feet after he had dug probably hundreds of feet looking for something, spending years of his life. What if you're just three feet away? from the success that you desire and you're literally allowing little teeny things to pull you down. Visibility seasons change. Platform shift, people evolve, audiences mature, marketing matures and evolves, visibility evolves and matures, right? Our audience does get tired of hearing the redundant message over and over and over, collectively, not from you, but collectively, right? And so how can we stay front and center, creating an intentional refresh maybe not doing a constant overhaul, which is what we sometimes think we need to do. We can create the same offer with clearer messaging. We can create the same offer and change the name. We can create the same expertise, but have a stronger, more potent point of view when it comes out to the masses, right? We can use the same platform, but how can we really look at... getting a better presence. And I say this all the time and I'm call myself out on this, that I don't care about the numbers, okay? I don't care about how many views, I don't care about how many likes, I don't care about how many comments. That is true. However, it does not mean that I'm not going to improve my strategy. It does not mean that I'm not gonna find things that do make a difference and do increase my views or. or my, as long as it's aligned, right? Like I can do a trending sound. It's nothing to with my business and it could blow up. That doesn't serve me. Doesn't serve my audience, right? But what I want to remind us is that it's not about vanity metrics, but it is about growing and evolving. And I noticed this with my Kim K posts, like the search ability, I was crushing it on TikTok. It wasn't coming through the feed. It was the search ability. So where can we stay more relevant, right? Like Dancing with the Stars did. So think about that, how can I stay on the same platform and really improve my content strategy without holding so much validation from the views, but knowing that I can improve it. I saw that video and what it did and I'm like, how can I do this more? How can I do this again? How can I repeat this in a different way? The other thing is that reinvention is often, it could be quieter than you think. but it really is clarifying and it really is recommitting. It doesn't mean that we have to change the name of our business every single six to 12 months, which a lot of people do and it causes confusion. But what reinventing is to me is just like, what can I do that is gonna scare the bejesus out of me, right? And it's going to also attract people because they think I'm crazy. The crazier that people think I am, the more attention that I get. and my crazy and your crazy look totally different. Your crazy may be like, I would never do that. Like that could be true, right? And so I wanna challenge your thinking on this. So we don't need to like blow up our brand, change the name of our brand or change our direction every six or 12 months. That creates confusion. But reinventing ourselves, like when I do things like, okay, I'm gonna do a hundred videos this month, right? those things grab people's attention. They're like, what is she doing? Can she do it? They want to follow along and they want to find out more. So I want you to think about this. What is working that I've been undervaluing? And a lot of times this can be simply the basics that we stopped doing. We stopped doing cause it wasn't boring or cause it was boring and it wasn't sexy. You know, what does my audience need now that they did not need before? They need more human connection, I'll tell you that. So if you're using AI for everything, stop and put yourself back in it. Where have I stopped showing up? Because I assumed it was too late. Or I'm so far behind now, why bother? And what would staying visible for the next 90 days actually look like? Like what would that look like for you? Because what we do in one 90 day period, we really start to see the results in the following 90 day period. So where have you not been consistent for a solid 90 days? And where have you and can you build on that? Where can you create discomfort in your content? Where can you create for you, by the way? Where can you add more emotion? Where can you become more vulnerable? And so I want you to like really zoom out because reinvention is a leadership skill. And you are not... an entrepreneur without being a leader. You are not putting yourself out there and being visible without being a leader. You are a leader. So it's time to show up like it, right? Staying visible is a choice you make repeatedly. I have to recommit every day, every week, every month, sometimes multiple times a day. Like I have to recommit, okay? Your relevance is not tied to your age or the age of your business. It is not tied to algorithms and it's not tied to past performance. So we can just nip that in the bud right now. You can create a comeback story or you can create a continuation strategy. It's totally up to you. You get to decide what that looks like, but grab attention and reinvent yourself in the process. So let's recap this with 2025 does not get to define what's possible for you or anybody else. You are allowed to evolve publicly. You don't have to go into hiding. Listen, every time I go into Kroger and they're redoing the store, they're still open and they're still making money in the process, right? You're allowed to stay in the room long enough to be seen again. Keep going. I want you to reflect on how you're choosing visibility moving forward. How are you choosing to reinvent yourself moving forward? How are you allowing what happened in 2025 to stop you from becoming who you can become? I challenge you to reinvent yourself. I challenge you to go for it. I challenge you to stop the negative talk going on in your head because that is your belief system. You will believe and you will have faith in that negative talk if that's what you're telling yourself. Shift your language, shift your life, shift your visibility because what actually you put on social media, it stems from what you're telling yourself in your head. So if it's not connecting, it could be an internal conversation you're having with yourself that's also showing up externally. So change that conversation. Change what's going on. I cannot wait to watch you reinvent yourself. If you need support with this, DM me. I'm always a DM away on Instagram, Facebook. You can email at teamcc at the visible CEO.com and reach out to me and let me know. how I can serve and support you. And we will find a program or a path that works for you, your budget, your involvement, all of those things, because I want you to like literally crush your expectations and what you can do in 2026.
