If I only had 10 minutes a day to increase my visibility, here is exactly what I would do as someone who's been creating content since 2016. The biggest lie in marketing is that you need to live on social media, that you need to hold onto your phone multiple times a day. Most entrepreneurs are burnt out trying to be everywhere, trying to do everything, trying to create and have all the gadgets while their bank accounts are invisible. And I don't want that for you. If we don't know each other, I'm Chrissy Conner, and I have built a multi-six-figure business by getting visible, even as an introvert, without living on this and truly connecting with my audience. In this video, I'm gonna give you the exact 10-minute framework that I would use if I only had 10 minutes every single day. Now let's get this straight. If I had two hours every single day, we could maximize everything that you can do. But I wanna show you that starting with 10 minutes every single day is going to open your mind to what all is possible. If you give me 10 minutes of uncomfortable action every single day, you're gonna start to see a change in your marketing and your visibility strategy. 10 minutes of uncomfortable action beats this hours long, perfect planning of inaction that never happens. We're gonna start with 10 minutes. We're gonna build your CEO muscle. and you're gonna find the time to do more after you see what this can do for you. To build a multi-six figure brand, I focus on six visibility pillars. And these are going to be your leverage, but you're only gonna pick three of these a day. So we're gonna focus on the masses, we're gonna focus on the searches, we're gonna focus on the individual, we're gonna focus on the comments, we're gonna focus on the offers, and we're gonna focus on the leverage. What we mean when we say the masses is we create scroll stopping, video content. Video content is going to get outside of your current audience more than anything else, whether that's TikTok or Instagram or Facebook or YouTube or Pinterest or LinkedIn. Video content is not shown to just your followers unless you have it set up that way. And so to get outside of our actual followers, subscribers, whatever you want to call it, we want to make sure that we have video content. I would focus on shorts and reels if you only have 10 minutes, focus on what you can do and you can create a 15, 30, 45, 60 second video and upload it within three minutes. The next thing we wanna do, focus on the searches. What are your people saying? Right, how can you be more searchable? When you understand the words your person is saying and the words that they're using to search, you are found even when you're asleep. And this, doesn't mean just Google and your website. It can also be YouTube content. It can be TikTok. It can be Instagram. All of those can be found through the Google search engine and also AI. The next thing we wanna do is we wanna focus on the individual. Like how can we connect one-on-one with people? Well, that's really simple, right? We can engage with them in their stories, for example, which goes directly as a DM. It's not creepy, it doesn't feel weird, it feels organic and that's the way we wanna keep it, right? You can also comment on their actual content. So their actual content will help you get to know them better but also let them know, hey, I'm here, I'm not a creepy person, like I'm just commenting on your content. The next way we can get visible is through comments. I have so many comments that get a lot of attention because I give so much value. People ask, for help or support and I give it. I don't gatekeep. When you comment on other people's content, you are being the thought leader in someone else's thread, right? You are being the authority in someone else's thread. I give massive value so that not only the person who asked the question is interested, but so many people who are afraid to ask the question are interested and well. I get tons of follows and subscribers from doing this consistently. We all wanna make money. but we don't all want to allow our offers to get the spotlight. This is another way to get visible. It's showing people, this is what I sell, and this is the result I can get you. Whether it's an offer or a service or a product, this is what I sell. This is result it gets you. I'd love to talk about this every single day, if at all possible, because again, people can see and they can take the connection of, here's what I'm the authority of. Here is the solution to the problem that you have. I am the bridge that connects your problem to the solution. When you also share your offers and you give them the spotlight every day, you also share how in demand you are, meaning you're showing people the results of the clients and the customers that you currently have. So you're not only saying here, buy my offer, you're showing them what's in it for them, right? And you're showing them other people's experiences going through the process. And the other thing you could do, leverage other people's. platforms. What does that even mean? It means that we're going to become a podcast guest for someone else. We're going to offer to be a speaker at someone's event in person or online. We are going to offer to go in and talk to their paid community. Again, getting on other people's podcasts, their stages, right? Speaking. articles, all of those things that is leveraging you as the expert, but it's also leveraging the audience that they have. And so your current audience gets to increase in size because they built trust with this other person that you're leveraging and they want the content for their audience. It is a win-win and we're not doing enough of this. Now, this whole process isn't so that you do six every single day. Would I love it? Absolutely. But that's too much, especially if you're just starting out or you literally don't have the time. Okay. So what you're going to do is you're going to pick three every single day. Three, not six, three. Start with three. Again, you can build on. Okay. Now this is a 10 minute plan and I want to keep you at 10 minutes a day so that you can see what's possible. And the more you put in the reps, the more you're going to want to do. Three pillars every single day, but here's the kicker. You cannot do the three. Same pillars every single day of the week. You have to switch it up. You can't just be in the comments and never create video content. You can't just talk about your offers, but never give value. Again, we wanna make sure that we're putting all three, all six of these in rotation every single day. So how can we do that? Well, I'm gonna show you. So you can do any three of these every single day that you choose. Or we can strategize this and it can look like this. The growth combo. Use this when you want new eyes on your brand. This is, Massive content. is searchable content. This is leveraging content. The next thing is the sales combo. So this is individual conversations. This is talking about your offers and allowing your offers get visible. And then also connecting and giving people massive value in the comments. You want to use this when you want to talk about your offers and you want to talk to other humans. And then some days we're gonna have lazy CEO days. See what I'm saying? You can't do the same combination every single day. All these are vital to your growth in your business. But we wanna use these on days that you don't wanna get on camera, but you know that you wanna leverage visibility, right? And so this is comments, individual conversation, and working on how you can be more searchable. You don't have to do all of these. I'm not gonna keep repeating this. Pick three. every single day. We don't want you to come up against where you feel burnout or you feel, don't have time to do this anymore. Gamify the strategy, have fun, make visibility feel like a menu that you get to choose from based on how you feel that day, right? As long as we're switching it up every single day, that's the priority, right? Now, I'm gonna be the first to tell you, if you wanna do video every single day, you got this, right? But you gotta switch together too. If you wanna do comments every single day. That's great, but you gotta switch the other two. So you get to decide what that looks like. You can't do comments, individual conversations, and searches every single day. We just said that's the lazy CEO. We're not gonna be lazy every single day, but on the days we wanna feel a little lazy, we're still going to move the needle forward. I want you to stop using time as an excuse. I want you to find a way to leverage this framework over the next week and see what happens. You don't need to wait till a new Monday. You don't need to wait for a new month. You don't need to wait for a new year. You can start today. Your goal is to set a timer for 10 minutes, 10 minutes, and choose three of these to start today. Choose them. You can do three minute increments, three minutes and 33 seconds to do each one, to give each one the three minute time frame that it has. If you're like, you know what, I have 12 minutes I can do today, Chrissy, then do 12 minutes. If you're saying, can only do two today, then doing two is better than doing zero.
