Most entrepreneurs are exhausted because they are constantly searching for new customers. They're constantly trying to attract new people into their world. They've built visibility, but maybe the bank account still seems a little too invisible for them. They're stuck in a one and done cycle and there is no plan for continuity after that program or offer or service that they're initially getting people into. If you're tired of starting at zero every single month, the secret to scaling isn't always about finding more people. It's about keeping the ones that come into your world long-term and creating an offer suite that grows with each and every client. I'm Crissy Conner, the Visible CEO. And today I'm showing you the Ascension model that turns one-time buyers into lifetime clients. Visibility is the action. that gets people to your door. But if you don't have a system to maximize that traffic once it comes to you, you are leaving massive amounts of money on the table. Statistics shows that it is 68 % easier to keep a client and sell a current client than it is to find a brand spanking new one. But you cannot sell to someone or upsell someone if there is nowhere else that they can go. When my clients tell me I am creating a six week program and they're going to do X, Y, and Z and get this result, my immediate question is, okay, but what happens after the six weeks? Where can they go? How can they continue to work with you? How can you find a way to create recurring revenue after that six weeks? Or do you enjoy starting at zero every single month? I also don't want my clients to feel like they constantly have to launch something new and come up with a new idea because that can be really exhausting and can burn you out really fast. So let me introduce you to the four pillars of Ascension that are gonna make this so much easier for you moving forward. If you checked out my video, Stream Stack and Scaling and understanding how we're leaving money on the table, we're gonna go a little bit deeper in this video on the actual Ascension model, like keeping your people in from entry point all the way to a continuity program. So let's talk about that entry point. Think of it as a first date or a preview of what it's like to work with you. We're gonna make this offer so simple. It's gonna be a low barrier offer. Most of the time it's gonna be very low ticket. So if it is someone that is brand spanking new to your world, it's an easy yes. It's not an easy yes because it's low ticket. It's an easy yes because you're gonna explain the solution that you can provide. from whatever problem that they're dealing with. It's gonna be so specific, they're gonna understand exactly what this offer is and see exactly what the result will be for them. This low barrier offer, the only job is to build trust, is for them to see that you are the person that they wanna continue to work with. And I'll also say this, this should also be an offer that even your highest level clients, you wouldn't be embarrassed if they took you up on that offer. So we wanna think of this as the dating phase, meaning that I'm not a creepy weirdo and that I actually know the things that I tell you I know. This is also why we want to make sure this is the real human explaining this and not an AI bot. This low barrier program or offer can also be used to shift a belief. If there is a belief that a lot of your clients have before they come into your world and when you shift that belief, it makes it easier for them to go up your ascension or your value ladder or your offer suite, then we want to do that as well. Think about if Every client came into my world knowing this thing. It would make it so much easier for them to go to the next thing. The next type of offer we want to talk about in your essential model is the main transformation. So this is most likely one of your signature programs. This core bridge connects your person and the main problem they are trying to solve because you are giving them the ultimate solution through this offer. This is where the bulk of the impact lives. It's going to be a one-to-many model, like a group program or a course. So you aren't trading every hour or period of time for a dollar. I've also used one-off programs in this same scenario because it does offer a main transformation and you can obviously have more than one main signature program. You can have multiple of them, but it's understanding that not every program that you create, especially if you've created a lot of it, is not a signature program. There are main ones that provide a massive transformation, but also make it so much easier for the person to see that they need the thing that's next. One-off programs that I've created like this are very similar to Suite Success and Simply Irresistible Offers, where we go really specific and deep either into the offer strategy or we go really deep into the Ascension model, which we're talking about today. The next offer I love to talk about is the Proximity Upgrade. So this is where they get a lot of support from you. They get a lot of opportunities to work with you in closer proximity and really get to, let's be honest, pick your brain and help them solve the problems that are so personalized to them and not the entire world. There will always be a segment of your audience that wants more of you, that wants more accountability, wants more hand holding, wants that more personalized support. I mean, they want the cheat codes. This is your high ticket. high value, close proximity offer. The Visible Inner Circle is very similar to this because it is a hybrid model. It's a group coaching program that also offers one-on-one individual access to me. This is where there is zero gatekeeping and it is the highest level of support. And so it creates a premium path for clients. And it's also an easy yes because they see the high value that they get and being able to shortcut versus watching all types of programs that are very generalized, they get the specific information that they desire. And last but not least, recurring revenue. This is where I don't want you starting at zero every single month. That can be exhausting. Having recurring revenue sets you up for success because you have somewhere that you're starting every single month. This was really easy when I used to do done for you services because I would have a retainer client and I would be doing their ads or their social media strategy and so every month I knew that revenue was coming. When you go to one to many, if you're not offering some type of continuity program, membership, course, group coaching, something like that, that has this opportunity, you're leaving money on the table. And it's also a lot harder to get to XK months when you're starting from zero than when you already have a base of what's coming in every single month recurring. For my world, this is the Omni program. It's a group coaching program where I teach the Omni method. And so this is a continuous program. It is a six month commitment and people are at least staying for six months. Now, most people say well past those six months, but they are at least there for six months. When you do this, instead of hand picking fruit every single day or feeling like you need to launch every single month or feeling like you need to come up with a new offer every single week, this is a great opportunity that builds a system that's gonna harvest for you. When we scale, this means that I'm not spending more time, but I'm creating more revenue. When we scale our visibility, it means I'm not spending more time getting visible. I'm scaling what I already have. I'm making the most and working smarter, harder. And this recurring revenue is the ultimate CEO lever that I want every single one of you pulling. When we build a suite like this, let's be honest, it's gonna be a little uncomfortable. It means looking at your current offerings. I don't mean for you to go create all four of these today. but start with where you are and what's the next thing that makes the most sense to add on. If you have a bunch of random offers that aren't talking to each other, that's doing you a disservice, but mostly it's also doing your audience a disservice because there's no continuity of where they can go next, especially if they love being in your world and they want more. If you have a bunch of offers that aren't talking to each other, this is the first thing that I would ask you to do. Take a sheet of paper, take a Google Doc and write down all of your offers. And then can you find a way? Does it make sense to go from here to here to here? Or does it feel like a major disconnect to go from one program to the other? Are there gaps that can be filled? Would it be better if you had a different entry point for them to come into your world? Looking at those things and seeing it all written out on paper is gonna help serve and support you even more. If we can use what we have, let's use what we have. If we need to create or update something to make it make more sense in your Ascension model for them to ascend from one thing to the other, then let's also do that. The name of the game is Making It Make Sense for them to easily go from one program to another, or from one main offer to a continuity program. And helping them see how doing that is gonna benefit them and give them even more results than they've already got with you. I want you to think about your last five customers. Did they have somewhere else to go? Or did they join said thing and then there was nothing else for them to upgrade to? Or did you make an offer for the next thing but it just didn't make logical sense in their mind, so therefore they didn't upgrade? I want you to stop starting at zero every single month. I want you to always have something else. to make that 68%, right? So much easier to say yes to you versus you feeling like you constantly have to go out and find new leads and find new raving fans to purchase the next thing that you're gonna offer.
