Most entrepreneurs don't have a motivation problem. You truly have a visibility problem. And people are not being loud enough about this I have been solving the same problem since 2016 for 10 years. I just didn't call myself the visibility queen or the visible CEO back then because I also had that same problem. I remember doing done for you clients. I had clients, did their social media and the one thing lacking from every single one of them was video content. We were struggling to connect with their audience because there was no video content. We were struggling to find their voice because there was no video content. And so a lot of times what I did was I interviewed my clients. Now, I didn't need to be on video. I'm doing air quotes here. They needed to be on video. So it wasn't about me. And when I started realizing that visibility was a common thread, This is something that people have to have to survive in the online space. And the funny thing was is that I could see it in my clients, but I couldn't see it in myself because I was the person who was behind the scenes to make everybody else look good. That was my goal, I needed to make them visible. I needed to make them feel seen, but I didn't need that. Now, back then I was growing my business honestly because I was growing my business through referrals. I was not visible. I was not known or seen except from people that know each other. And once I realized that I don't want to do one-on-one clients all the time, or I want to find other ways to create revenue streams in my business, that's when I realized that visibility was something that was going to have to happen. And so if you've not heard this story before, I struggled with this for a really long time. And finally in 2017, I decided to create my first video. I went live and I taught my audience how to create jello shots. No, I was not consistent in 2017. I was starting to get a little consistent in 2018, but 2019 is when it really blew up for me and when it really started. changing the game. And in 2021, I started coaching other people on how to do this as well. Before that, I would teach people. how to create content. We had the virtual retreat and all of those things. But at the end of the day, everything is a visibility problem. If no one knows who you are, it's a visibility problem. If no one's recommending you, It's a trust and visibility problem. If you're not searchable, it's a discoverability or findable problem, right? Like you're not findable. So therefore there's a keyword issue. We're not clear on who our person is. There's a clarity issue. All of this is visibility. If you're not selling, It could be any of the three that we already discussed, but it also could be an offer spotlight or a messaging clarity problem. Again, it is a visibility problem almost always, whether it's people don't know who you are. They don't understand who you are. They can't find who you are. Or they don't understand what you can do for them to change their lives or to create transformation in their lives. That is a visibility problem. The thing that I have stuck with is visibility. And yes, we have evolved from just go, go live Crissy you know, just go live friend, go live client. Like we've evolved so much from that because when I first started teaching visibility or talking about visibility in 2019, Tik Tok, it just came on the scene. There were no reels yet. Like all of that stuff was so fresh and new. So it really was still a lot of go live or record video or put it on YouTube. I never chase the trends. Meaning, I was told one time that nobody knew what visibility was. And... I was told to change the name of my program, Visible, in 2021. And I was like, yeah, that's not happening. And I'm so glad I didn't, because now everybody knows what visibility is. But I focused on mastery. I focused on becoming the best student of my work. When I did 100 live videos in July of 2020, when I did 200 live videos in July of 2021, right? Like, that's what I was doing. I focused on evolution instead of keep, you know, finding a new thing. finding the new shiny thing that people will pay attention to me. I kept evolving visibility. And the thing is, is that I stayed with the visibility problem long enough since 2019 consistently to actually understand it and to actually see clients and where they're missing the mark. It's funny because although I don't say go get on video and it's evolved so much more than that because I'll be honest, I used to say video was the only way. I do believe putting your face on camera and talking to your audience is one of the biggest trust builders you can ever create. But there are many layers of visibility. And even today, there's even more layers because of the AI component that's coming in. But at the end of the day, I'm really tired of watching brilliant, amazing people stay hidden. I'm tired of watching you be quiet. I'm tired of watching you hide. Or I'm tired of you, you're visible, but you're not as visible as you could be. There's an area that's missing, which means it's not just about, you're not seen or you're not showing up. It's about the end person. we have to talk about the cost of invisibility. Because if people don't know who you are, how can you transform their lives? When the right person is seen, right? When you are the one for your industry or your niche or whatever you want to call it, that's when the ripple effects can happen. Because it's not just about changing their lives, but how is changing or transforming or facilitating change in someone else's life, how does that affect the people around them? And I want you to remember that whether you're listening to this and you're visible or maybe you're listening to this and you're not, or maybe you kind of are and you're just not getting the results that you want. All of these things are important. But the root problem is the same. If you're not known, recommended, or searchable, or you're forgettable, you have a visibility problem, right? If you're not selling, it's an offer spotlight. It's a clarity. It's a result problem. You're not talking about those, right? I have evolved with the landscape so my clients can become the one in their space. And I want you to be the one. I want you to be the only person that people think of. And I want them to get to know you on such a level that they feel like you're there's no other option. Like you're the only one I would ever want to work with. Right. So I want you to ask yourself, where is my visibility breaking down? Do people find you? How are they finding you? How are they coming to your world? Do people really understand what you do? Do they really understand what you do? And can they explain what you do to somebody else? So that it makes that other person wanna work with you or want to purchase your product or your offer or your services. And then ask yourself, do I show up consistently enough to actually be remembered? One of my favorite quotes, and I changed it to make it work because I felt like it could be improved, was, it's not my customer's job to remember who I am. It's my job to show up so consistently with so much clarity, with so much contagiousness that they actually can't forget who I am. And that is a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful thing. I want to ask you, where have you pivoted so much that you've confused your audience? Where have you not been solid in the thing that you do, that you're an expert in? that people don't know. They don't know what's next. They don't know how you can help them. Even though it's evolved in so many different ways, since 2016, I've helped women entrepreneurs move from invisible to in-demand. And that happens by building a visibility strategy that works harder than they do. It doesn't mean we have to get loud. It doesn't mean we have to chase trends. It doesn't mean that we have to go viral. it's, it's really getting down to the basics and it's getting down to the standards and it's getting down to the things that move the needle forward. You don't need to be everywhere to be known. And you don't need to force yourself into a version of visibility that doesn't fit you. I would never. ever recommend that you do a hundred lives in a month. It's insanity. It's insanity, but I like a challenge, right? And I don't want to force you into a version of visibility that doesn't fit you, but I'm going to die on the Hill that says visibility face to cam is the biggest trust builder. is not the only way to get visible, but it is the way to build trust the fastest. Video is powerful. It's not the only way. Social media matters, but it's not everything. Because when we build real visibility, it's built through this ecosystem. And it's the feed, the search, the conversation, the recommendation. And now, AI-driven discovery. Like if people don't know who you are, that's one thing. If AI doesn't know who you are, that's another thing. And if AI doesn't know who you are, you know what? It's because you're confusing it. It's a machine. And if it sees a bunch of different things about you all over the online space, through your content, through your bios, through what you say that you do, through the podcast that you're on, like that's confusing to it, and so therefore you're not recommended. But when we get all these pieces and we work them together, that's when visibility compounds. Even without living on social media, even people finding you and discovering you. when you're on vacation, when you're not even consistently online. I'm not here to create noise because I care way too much to just cheer you on. I'm going to give you direction. I'm gonna give you strategy and a way to show up that actually works for you. It works with your energy, not against it. Because the more aligned reps you can put in, the simpler this all becomes every single freaking time. I just got back from a trip with the visible inner circle and... The one thing I will not let my clients get by with is playing small. I will not let them get by with just skirting the line. Most people are going to be more successful when they stretch themselves and get outside of their comfort zone. the thing is, is that if you are ready to be seen, you want to do it with clarity. You want to do it with intention. And yes. there will be some uncomfortableness in there. This is truly the work that we do inside of the Omni Method. And this is where we have weekly group coaching because I want you to create visibility that feels honest, leadership that feels so grounded. And I want you to create this online, this searchable, this presence where your people recognize you immediately because you don't need to hide. you need a strategy that fits like a glove that feels natural, maybe a tad uncomfortable. But the point is the more reps that we put in, everything I teach you is so simple. It's not easy, but the more reps that you put in, the easier that it feels. This is what we build inside of the Omni Method. Visibility in a multitude of ways to make sure that your business is successful. Everybody has one side of visibility they need to work on than the others. And some of us need to be evolving consistently across all of them. But if you're done hiding in one of these areas, I am here to show you the way. Because you don't need to be everywhere to be known. You need a visibility strategy that works.
