A first-generation Chinese American, Lisa achieved high levels of success by most measures: she was the first in her family to go to college, graduated from a top medical school, achieved top quality scores as a physician, and served as one of the nation’s youngest medical directors.
Yet after a set of unexpected life circumstances, including being diagnosed with a rare medical condition, she found herself completely depleted. It was this unexpected and deep journey of healing herself from burnout and depression that changed her life forever. It led her to discover her true passion and live her most extraordinary life.
She pivoted her career from serving as a medical director on the frontlines of the pandemic because she felt called to do more. Today, Lisa integrates her medical expertise with alternative modalities to help leaders and organizations worldwide escape the cycle of stress and realign with their true selves.
Lisa’s mission is to heal the world of chronic stress, depression and burnout so that everyone can be their best selves, live their best lives, and have an even greater impact on the world.
