Hello everyone and welcome back to the Live your Extraordinary Life podcast. I'm your host, michelle Rios, and today we're diving into a subject that can truly transform your reality and elevate your life in ways you may have never imagined. We're talking about energy and how you, right now, are creating your reality with every thought, feeling and belief that flows through you. This episode is called Limitless, because once you understand the power you hold, you'll realize that your potential truly is limitless. Let's start with a fundamental concept Everything in this universe is energy. You've heard me talk about this before, but it's worth repeating Everything in this universe is energy. That includes you, me and everything around us. Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, even your body. They're all energy at different frequencies. What's fascinating is that each of us has a unique energy field, a blend of all the vibrations we carry. This field is like an energetic blueprint that attracts and repels based on its frequency. Now, you may have heard the phrase like attracts like, which is the basis of the law of attraction, but let's go deeper into what this really means and why it's so important to become aware of your own energy. Imagine your energy field as a radio tower that broadcasts a signal. The stronger and clearer your signal, the more aligned and powerful your results will be. But here's the catch If your frequency is clouded by limiting beliefs, self-doubt or negative thoughts, it becomes difficult to attract what you desire. You end up in a feedback loop, creating more of what you don't want instead of what you do want. Let's take a deep breath here and just pause for a moment. I want you to think about your current energy field as we move into the next segment, and I'm particularly curious for those of you who are undertaking big goals right now, whatever those are, personal or professional. So you may be looking for a relationship, you may be trying to lose weight, you may be building a business, you may be looking to transition out of corporate or figuring out the next chapter of your life. You may even have a clear picture of what you want. But if the underlying frequency in your energy field is self-doubt or worry or limiting beliefs of I want this, but I don't know that it's really possible, it's going to be near impossible for you to bring it about. No matter how hard you work, you're going to be spinning your wheels. That is why this conversation around energy is so important.

In the field of neurolinguistic programming, or NLP, we study how language and internal dialogue influence our thoughts and actions. Your thoughts shape your reality. This isn't just a motivational slogan. It's a neurological fact. Our brains are constantly mapping our internal worlds, building models of how we perceive reality. This mental map dictates the actions we take and, ultimately, the outcomes we experience. So if your internal dialogue sounds like I'm not good enough, or this is too hard to do, or life is a struggle, or I wish that could happen, but I don't think it really will then guess what? That's what your mind will create. Your subconscious mind takes this as a truth and it will seek out evidence to support those beliefs. Conversely, if you start shifting your thoughts to ones like I am worthy, I am capable and abundance flows to me easily, you begin to rewire your neural pathways. Your brain literally starts to create a different map, one that aligns with these empowered beliefs.

Let's make this practical. I want you to take a moment to become aware of your own thoughts. What beliefs or repetitive thoughts come up frequently for you? Are they mostly positive or negative? Becoming conscious of the inner dialogue is the first step to changing it.

So if thoughts create the framework for our reality, emotions are the fuel. They give depth and power to the thoughts we hold. You can think of emotions as amplifiers of our intentions. When you feel a strong emotion, whether it's love, excitement, fear or even anger, you are broadcasting that frequency even more powerfully. This is where things get exciting, because your emotions have an incredible ability to attract or repel what you desire. But here's the thing you can't just slap a positive vibe on a deeply rooted belief and expect it to disappear. Instead, you need to recognize and understand and feel through those emotions to clear out a path for new ones to emerge. This is what we often call emotional alchemy. Now take a moment and I want you to reflect on a time when you felt genuinely grateful or even ecstatic about something. Remember that feeling and notice how powerful it was. That's the energy of creation. When you can repeatedly access and amplify positive emotional states, you create an energetic alignment with what you truly desire.

So to create the reality you want, you need to take full responsibility for your energy. This can be one of the most challenging steps, because it requires self-reflection and honesty. That means taking time out of your busy schedules and slowing down for introspection. Taking time out of your busy schedules and slowing down for introspection. Taking responsibility also means understanding that if something isn't working in your life, it's a reflection of something within you, whether it's a belief, a thought or emotional state. This doesn't mean blaming yourself or feeling guilt. Instead, it's about empowerment.

You have the power to shift and realign your energy. Every time you consciously choose a thought, an emotion or a belief, you are reprogramming your energy field. A powerful way to do this is through visualization. If you're in a space where you can do so safely, go ahead and close your eyes and imagine your energy is light. See it expanding, clearing and becoming brighter with every breath. Imagine yourself embodying the frequency of gratitude, love and abundance. Imagine already having what you desire and feeling those emotions. Now Just pause for a moment and take a deep breath Now. Doesn't that feel powerful? Let's talk about some actual steps you can take to start shifting your reality. These are very straightforward and fairly simple activities, but I guarantee you the majority of people do not do them. So don't be like the majority of people. Go after your dreams, and that means stepping out of the norm and going that extra mile. Daily affirmations work. Choose affirmations that align with your desired reality and repeat them each morning and each evening. And if you want to take it a step further, you want to not just say them, but feel them deeply. Let each word resonate deeply within you as if it's already happening. Make sure your daily affirmations are written in the present tense. I am so grateful now that fill in the blank with your desired outcome Mindfulness, meditation.

You don't need to become a yogi to meditate. All you simply need to do is carve out space for introspection. Practicing mindfulness helps you become aware of your thoughts and emotional triggers, but you cannot do that if you are running from activity to activity. You have to have intentional time carved out to do this. This isn't something you just do while driving down the highway thinking about your to-do list. Find a quiet space for introspection, whether that's in your room, whether it's in a park, whether it's in a cafe, and allow yourself space to just be aware of your thoughts and emotional triggers. When you can observe them without judgment, you create space to choose differently.

Gratitude the practice of gratitude is incredibly powerful. Start a gratitude journal. This is something that so few people tap into. Journal this is something that so few people tap into, but it is not just a feel-good activity, but it is fuel for creating the desired reality. Every day, write down three things you're grateful for. This shifts your focus to what's going well, raising your frequency to one of abundance.

Number four visualize your desired reality. Visualization is incredibly powerful. Spend a few minutes each day visualizing your goals and dreams as if you've already achieved them, and feel the emotions you'd feel when they come to life. You'd feel when they come to life. Act as if they're already here. Imagine in your mind and allow yourself to be transported to that place, because once the mind conceives it, the universe can help deliver it.

And then, lastly, protect your energy. Be very mindful of the environment and the people you surround yourself with. Set boundaries with anything or anyone that drains your energy. Remember your energy is sacred and your responsibility is to protect it. So, as we come to the end of this episode, I want you to remember that you are the creator of your reality. Your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions are constantly shaping the world around you. Lot of people, particularly entrepreneurs, are in.
