The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity
I’m Anne Bachrach and for over 27 years I’ve been best known as The Accountability Coach™. Some even have called me The Accountability Pit-Bull™.
Did you know that the #1 reason people don’t get what they want is lack of accountability?
If you want to make more money, work less, and enjoy even better work life balance, The Accountability Minute is perfect for you.
Are you sick and tired of your business just making you sick and tired?
You know the drill. You invest a lot of time in building and growing your business. You make many personal sacrifices. You hope that the trade-off is more clients, more revenue, more progress toward your goals, and more prosperity, so you can enjoy the business and life you truly want. Good intentions don’t magically lead to good results. They are a start; however, they are unfortunately not enough. This is just the truth! Poor follow through takes a toll on virtually every aspect of our lives. It not only threatens our health, it also prevents us from achieving personal, financial, and career goals that are well within our reach.
When you are held accountable to the activity required to achieve your goals, you will make more money, be able to work less, and enjoy even having your ideal business and ideal life.
If this sounds at all like something you want, you are in the right place to accelerate your results!
Not only can you get value from listening to a variety of proven business success topics, you also get access to complimentary high-value business success resources that I share during some episodes. The episodes are some of my absolute BEST ideas for helping you to create the kind of business and life you have always wanted.
Anne Bachrach is author of many books, including Excuses Don't Count; Results Rule!, Live Life with No Regrets; How the Choices we Make Impact our Lives, No Excuses, The Work Life Balance Emergency Kit, The Guide to Stopping Procrastination, The Power of Visualization, My Gratitude Journal, and The Roadmap To Success with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, and more.

Effective Delegation Increases Your Firms Success
Learning the delicate art of delegation usually requires a lot practice and patience. It's a fine dance of constant refinement and adjustment to find the perfect balance of effective delegation that allows you to take your business to the next level.
Any successful business relies on a team structure for growth and efficiency. While one person may be able to do a lot, it’s not possible for one person to do everything, and at some point, a team structure is a necessity. Team members can be in the same office, virtual employees, or independent contractors. You have options.
As you may or may not know, people who work with me learn to focus their time on only the highest pay-off activities in order to help them reach their goals faster. So, what do these people do to accomplish these less important tasks? They delegate.
Many of the tasks that take up the bulk of our time are not the tasks that are pushing us toward our goals. Think about your daily routine for a moment. How would your life be improved if someone else handled these “low-pay off tasks,” freeing up your time to take on more important matters?
Make a list of the tasks that you currently handle that could be delegated to someone else. List the activity you would delegate and who you would assign that task to. If you do not have a “real” person who you could delegate the task to, write down the job title of a fictitious person.
Each time you are doing something, ask yourself if this is something that can be delegated to someone else or are you the only person who can do it. You may have to help coach or train someone but could someone else do what you are doing. If the answer is yes, add it to the list of things that can be delegated. If you can’t delegate it now for whatever the reason, at least when you have someone to delegate to, you have now will have a list of activities that can be delegated.
You may want to begin creating your list now.
