Strategy #4 to Help You with Personal Change and Greater Success

Today we are talking about Strategy #4 to help you with Personal Change, which is to Look after Yourself.

 

Change, no matter how big or small, requires a healthy mind and a healthy body. Change doesn’t have to occur overnight – it may take weeks, even months, to make the necessary changes. 

 

Take care of yourself. Eat regularly, exercise, breathe, and make time to relax.  How many times do you hear this message?? Maybe it’s time, if you aren’t already doing it, to eat a little better, exercise a little more, maybe meditate, get regular massages, or even do yoga. You get the drift of what we are talking about here. Start somewhere and make a little more progress over time.  At the end of every week or month, acknowledge how far you’ve come and what progress you have made.
