The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity
I’m Anne Bachrach and for over 27 years I’ve been best known as The Accountability Coach™. Some even have called me The Accountability Pit-Bull™.
Did you know that the #1 reason people don’t get what they want is lack of accountability?
If you want to make more money, work less, and enjoy even better work life balance, The Accountability Minute is perfect for you.
Are you sick and tired of your business just making you sick and tired?
You know the drill. You invest a lot of time in building and growing your business. You make many personal sacrifices. You hope that the trade-off is more clients, more revenue, more progress toward your goals, and more prosperity, so you can enjoy the business and life you truly want. Good intentions don’t magically lead to good results. They are a start; however, they are unfortunately not enough. This is just the truth! Poor follow through takes a toll on virtually every aspect of our lives. It not only threatens our health, it also prevents us from achieving personal, financial, and career goals that are well within our reach.
When you are held accountable to the activity required to achieve your goals, you will make more money, be able to work less, and enjoy even having your ideal business and ideal life.
If this sounds at all like something you want, you are in the right place to accelerate your results!
Not only can you get value from listening to a variety of proven business success topics, you also get access to complimentary high-value business success resources that I share during some episodes. The episodes are some of my absolute BEST ideas for helping you to create the kind of business and life you have always wanted.

Tips for Understanding How Fitness Impacts Your Business
Tips for Understanding How Fitness Impacts Your Business
Yesterday I shared that the CDC said that adults need only 150 minutes each week of aerobic activity to experience health benefits. Really! 150 minutes isn’t that much time, I don’t think. Many people waste more than 150 minutes a week on things that aren’t helping them and moving them forward in achieving their goals.
Taking 45 minutes, 3 days a week, to exercise is a small piece of your weekly schedule and should become as large of a priority as eating or breathing. Your body is counting on you to give it what it gives you every day - vitality. While it may seem that exercising takes more energy than you’ve got at the moment, you’d be surprised how much additional energy you’d have from exercising.
Even 15 minutes of exercise while on a break to give your brain a rest can be beneficial. Doing sit-ups, push-ups, running around the block or up and down the stairs in the building counts as exercise. When you are taking a mental break, get some exercise time in and take advantage of that time.
If you don’t have enough time to exercise during your lunch break or after you close up shop for the evening, consider waking up an hour earlier just three days a week to work in an hour of exercise. Many entrepreneurs find their energy peaks when they exercise in the morning and it sets the tone for the rest of their day. Alternatively, if you’re a night owl, consider exercising at night and taking advantage of the services offered at a local 24-hour gym. Some people find exercise to be a healthy way to release stress after a long day of work. Regardless of when you choose to exercise, just do it (yes, I borrowed the expression from Nike).
