The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity
I’m Anne Bachrach and for over 27 years I’ve been best known as The Accountability Coach™. Some even have called me The Accountability Pit-Bull™.
Did you know that the #1 reason people don’t get what they want is lack of accountability?
If you want to make more money, work less, and enjoy even better work life balance, The Accountability Minute is perfect for you.
Are you sick and tired of your business just making you sick and tired?
You know the drill. You invest a lot of time in building and growing your business. You make many personal sacrifices. You hope that the trade-off is more clients, more revenue, more progress toward your goals, and more prosperity, so you can enjoy the business and life you truly want. Good intentions don’t magically lead to good results. They are a start; however, they are unfortunately not enough. This is just the truth! Poor follow through takes a toll on virtually every aspect of our lives. It not only threatens our health, it also prevents us from achieving personal, financial, and career goals that are well within our reach.
When you are held accountable to the activity required to achieve your goals, you will make more money, be able to work less, and enjoy even having your ideal business and ideal life.
If this sounds at all like something you want, you are in the right place to accelerate your results!
Not only can you get value from listening to a variety of proven business success topics, you also get access to complimentary high-value business success resources that I share during some episodes. The episodes are some of my absolute BEST ideas for helping you to create the kind of business and life you have always wanted.
Anne Bachrach is author of many books, including Excuses Don't Count; Results Rule!, Live Life with No Regrets; How the Choices we Make Impact our Lives, No Excuses, The Work Life Balance Emergency Kit, The Guide to Stopping Procrastination, The Power of Visualization, My Gratitude Journal, and The Roadmap To Success with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, and more.

Apply the Pareto Principle (80/20 Rule) to Unproductive Tasks Also
You may assume that you only need to address the productive side (the 20% of the pareto principle), but the tasks that fall into the unproductive 80% must also be addressed.
Administrative tasks like answering phones and emails, bookkeeping, setting up your website and monitoring it, and pushing papers should certainly not fall into the hands of the executive in your business (that’s you). Not to say that these tasks should be eliminated from your business model, because they are essential. The difference is that they must be delegated, so you can focus on the high payoff tasks and set your business up for growth. Hire a virtual assistant or employee to take responsibilities for the tasks you can’t and shouldn’t do.
If your business is struggling, you can use the 80/20 rule to identify high payoff tasks. If you are currently working ten hours or more each day, put the 80/20 rule into action to finally take back control of your life and your business. By doing so, you’ll be able to move past the fruitless tasks that make up 80% of your business and take up most of your time.
Find an assistant (virtual or not virtual) to help you in applying the 80/20 rule to your business, so you can accelerate your results. You should only do what only you can do and can’t be delegated. Get help so you can be even more successful. Isn’t it time?
