The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity
I’m Anne Bachrach and for over 27 years I’ve been best known as The Accountability Coach™. Some even have called me The Accountability Pit-Bull™.
Did you know that the #1 reason people don’t get what they want is lack of accountability?
If you want to make more money, work less, and enjoy even better work life balance, The Accountability Minute is perfect for you.
Are you sick and tired of your business just making you sick and tired?
You know the drill. You invest a lot of time in building and growing your business. You make many personal sacrifices. You hope that the trade-off is more clients, more revenue, more progress toward your goals, and more prosperity, so you can enjoy the business and life you truly want. Good intentions don’t magically lead to good results. They are a start; however, they are unfortunately not enough. This is just the truth! Poor follow through takes a toll on virtually every aspect of our lives. It not only threatens our health, it also prevents us from achieving personal, financial, and career goals that are well within our reach.
When you are held accountable to the activity required to achieve your goals, you will make more money, be able to work less, and enjoy even having your ideal business and ideal life.
If this sounds at all like something you want, you are in the right place to accelerate your results!
Not only can you get value from listening to a variety of proven business success topics, you also get access to complimentary high-value business success resources that I share during some episodes. The episodes are some of my absolute BEST ideas for helping you to create the kind of business and life you have always wanted.

Trait #3 of Successful Leaders
Today we are talking about the 3rd top trait of successful leaders, which is Commitment.
Business owners that are committed to watching their business succeed rise above the challenges that are thrown their way. No matter what the circumstance, they approach challenges only as opportunities to learn how to do things better - and they never waiver. Only a team that is led by a strong leader who is committed to success will succeed.
This is the time when you are more than a business owner; you are a leader. Whether or not you realize it, your team is watching you and will follow your lead. Panic under pressure, and they will follow suit. Remain calm, focused, and determined - and your team will rise to the occasion. Be a source of inspiration to your team by holding your head high at all times. During weekly staff meetings, be sure to voice your pleasure with the things that are working well, and thank your team for their efforts. Convey that things are only going to get better and you are committed to the success of your team. Be honest and tell them the truth. It will go a long way.
It all boils down to the fact that successful leaders cannot be dissuaded from the values they operate from. When you hold value in your team, stay true to your vision, and commit to success - you will achieve your business goals. You can develop these top qualities of successful leaders by ensuring that you’ve got:
- a solid team that takes pride in their efforts
- commitment to your unique vision
- a solid strategy for growing your business
Action Step #3
Are you truly committed to your values? Does your business force you to take action that is not in line with your true values? If it does, it’s time to change that. Revisit your values, and what’s most important to you. Restructure your business if need be to support those values - so you no longer have to go against them.
It is true when they say that owning your own business is one of the toughest personal growth periods of your life. You will not only become a business owner, you will become a leader, visionary, and savvy business strategist. While these simultaneous roles are challenging, they will hopefully provide the springboard to a better you, a more successful you - and a successful business.
