The Accountability Minute:Business Acceleration|Productivity
I’m Anne Bachrach and for over 27 years I’ve been best known as The Accountability Coach™. Some even have called me The Accountability Pit-Bull™.
Did you know that the #1 reason people don’t get what they want is lack of accountability?
If you want to make more money, work less, and enjoy even better work life balance, The Accountability Minute is perfect for you.
Are you sick and tired of your business just making you sick and tired?
You know the drill. You invest a lot of time in building and growing your business. You make many personal sacrifices. You hope that the trade-off is more clients, more revenue, more progress toward your goals, and more prosperity, so you can enjoy the business and life you truly want. Good intentions don’t magically lead to good results. They are a start; however, they are unfortunately not enough. This is just the truth! Poor follow through takes a toll on virtually every aspect of our lives. It not only threatens our health, it also prevents us from achieving personal, financial, and career goals that are well within our reach.
When you are held accountable to the activity required to achieve your goals, you will make more money, be able to work less, and enjoy even having your ideal business and ideal life.
If this sounds at all like something you want, you are in the right place to accelerate your results!
Not only can you get value from listening to a variety of proven business success topics, you also get access to complimentary high-value business success resources that I share during some episodes. The episodes are some of my absolute BEST ideas for helping you to create the kind of business and life you have always wanted.
Anne Bachrach is author of many books, including Excuses Don't Count; Results Rule!, Live Life with No Regrets; How the Choices we Make Impact our Lives, No Excuses, The Work Life Balance Emergency Kit, The Guide to Stopping Procrastination, The Power of Visualization, My Gratitude Journal, and The Roadmap To Success with Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard, and more.

Business Communication Tip #7 for Even Greater Success
Today we are talking about Business Communication Tip #7 of the 7 tips for Even Greater Success, which is to Communicate Through the Right Medium.
In business and in life, there are different strokes for different folks. When communicating in your business, you should learn to use the right medium to pass valuable information, so that it’ll be received and interpreted accurately and appropriately.
Most businesses use emails, memos, letters, chats, text messages, and verbal communication. Even though this works in every organization, you should understand that high achieving businesspeople who speak fluently may be unable to pass information articulately using some mediums.
Writers who are comfortable with putting their thoughts on paper in an articulate manner may have a problem speaking publicly, for example.
You should find a balance that allows you to communicate effectively depending on the best way for the person or people to whom you want to communicate with.
Effective communication is directly related to your success in business because communication is at the root of every business. Practice these seven effective communication strategies that we have talked about over the past seven days to help set you on a path to increased success.
It is amazing to me how many people don’t have a specific agenda for meetings they hold and then they wonder why meetings take so long. Our time is valuable, so we want to use it wisely. To help you with creating an agenda and action items that will result from the meeting, take a look at my worksheet template and modify it to work for you.
The purpose for the Agenda & Action Item Worksheet is to provide clarity on what you want to accomplish in the meeting… and clarity on who is going to do what following the meeting. Download this template and see how it might be of value to you in your various meetings with clients, prospects, strategic alliances, team members, etc.
