Vanessa Lopez is Head of Sustainability and Compliance at Oktra and leads the sustainability process for clients ans well as the wider business. 

Vanessa shares her expertise on the role of sustainability within the design and build industry as well as discussing the importance of ESG.  Vanessa talks about the path to change and how adopting things like circularity in design will lead to a positive change in the future. 

Vanessa believes that the driver for change is to first understand more about the materials we are using in the construction of buildings and what changes we are trying to make. There is a huge opportunity within office design and build to create a more sustainable future and Vanessa believes that technology can help drive change in the future.
