Jason Dunster, P.E., DBIA, is the Senior Integrated Design Director at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. With a background in structural engineering and a deep commitment to sustainability, Jason spent the early years of his career designing high-performance buildings before transitioning to the construction side to embrace a more collaborative, design-build approach. At McCarthy, he leads integrated project delivery efforts that prioritize innovation, efficiency and client value. His work includes high-impact projects in higher education, including UC Riverside’s North District Phase Two—an inclusive student housing initiative that redefines intersegmental campus living.
