This week, we have the pleasure to receive Janie Grenier as our guest.
Janie Grenier grew up in a family of entrepreneurs; in fact, she represents the 4th generation of independent multi-million-dollar companies for her family. At the age of 19, Janie began investing in real estate and by the age of 30, owned over 100 units of income producing assets granting experience with private lending, creative acquisition strategies, and the overall utilization and optimization of buy and hold properties. She believes in effective partnerships and creating winning strategies for all parties involved.
In 2015, Janie and her partner Kyle, founded Wemindji Properties, Inc. their first private real estate company. The goal was to create a portfolio of cash flowing properties by continuously recycling their original investment of $39,000 and generating residual income in the process.
Janie spends much of her time traveling, looking at properties around the country, and attending high-end networking events in Florida, Texas, and California. Janie is also a founder of S.T.R. Properties Inc. a technology driven luxury short-term rental leasing and hosting company that strives to cultivate memorable vacations for their guests by providing beautifully furnished homes and an experience they will always remember!
