About Karyn Edwards:
Dr. Karyn Edwards is an award-winning organizational development and I/O Psychologist and is the founder of Abloom Coaching, a firm that supports leadership development, executive coaching, and human capital consulting. Karyn has worked across multiple industries and organizations to support leaders, teams, and organizations with growth and development. Karyn is certified in several leading assessments and psychometric instruments and utilizes these to help leaders and teams identify and leverage their underused capabilities and, most importantly, chart a path to redefine the future.

About Mira Brancu:
Dr. Mira Brancu leads Towerscope, a social impact consulting firm that helps executives and their teams to lead well today and better navigate tomorrow. She brings 20+ years of experience in healthcare and academia, including a leadership career at the US Department of Veterans Affairs and a faculty appointment at Duke University. Mira is the author of Millennials Guide to Workplace Politics and writes about women's leadership for Psychology Today. She is the recipient of the 2020 Early Career Woman Psychologist in Management Award, 2021 Corporate Philanthropy Award, and 2022 Top 50 Influential Women in North Carolina's Triangle.
