Unpacking Sunday - The Wait Is Over (Acts 2:1-13)

This week on Unpacking Sunday, Mike and Luke dive into Acts 2:1–13 and the powerful moment when the Holy Spirit was poured out on the early Church. Centered around the sermon “The Wait Is Over,” they unpack what it means to foster a genuine relationship with the Holy Spirit and the importance of gathering together as the Body of Christ.

They reflect on how vital it is to be “in the room” — just like the believers who were waiting and praying together on the day of Pentecost — surrounded by others who are expectant, united, and ready for God to move. It’s a conversation about trusting God’s promises even when the waiting feels uncertain or uncomfortable.

And of course, it wouldn’t be Unpacking Sunday without a few laughs — including a story about the unexpected celebrity encounter at their favorite lunch spot!
