Does avoiding sweets count? The guys explore what the Bible actually says about fasting, how the early church practiced it, and how far that dynamic has shifted in a society built around comfort, convenience, and constant access.
Along the way, they keep things light by laughing about how they regularly show up to record the podcast wearing nearly identical outfits—slowly realizing they may have accidentally created a uniform for hosting.
